I have pictures and videos of how they run the inside of that business. They do everything bare minimum and wonder why customers are constantly getting sick from the food they serve. It's literally management that can't seem to get it together up there. Not enforcing basic kitchen etiquette.

The food is fine, but the service was awful. I had to repeat my order 3-4 times and they still got my order wrong. I ordered a large meal and was charged a large meal but received medium for both my drink and my side. It was a simple order.

I’m happy to say that it was very pleasant to come eat here. It was my first time here, I am from Tampa and the Popeyes in my area was the worst! This one was awesome, everyone was pleasant and the manager was working as hard as everyone! Kudos to you all today 6/6/25 at 6:42pm . Place is clean and even the kitchen looks clean .
I never write reviews but this place desperately needs one. This was by far the worst food I've ever been served in my life. Soggy chicken that tasted like 30 day old re-used grease. The sides were just as bad, both had a terrible aftertaste. Threw everything out, what a waste of time and money... ZERO quality control.

Spent a ton of money on popeyes and THEY MISCOUNTED THE CHICKEN. They can't count apparently and we are missing multiple pieces of chicken. They also didn't put some of the sauces in the bag. Also when I tried to go to tell popeyes for the survey, it doesn't work. Go figure. Won't be back.

If you know you don’t have something and you try to replace it with something you think they’ll want your wrong get your stuff together and do better. I’ve worked at Popeyes before it is not hard. It’s not hard either to give the person a call to come to a conclusion about the problem.

This business gets worse the longer they are open. I used to use an account to order food, but no longer do as they never get it right and are rude about it. I like the taste of the chicken so I will drive-thru for an order this way I can judge the time and quality by the drive-thru. Never order if there are more than 2 cars in line or you will never get a correct order. Don't confront the staff as they are extremely sensitive to any criticism. The owner needs to spend more time at the location rather sitting at home counting their ill gotten gains at the customers expense.

The chicken and red beans and rice was not as flavorful as before. Felt like a waste of money after eating it
Their Chicken sandwich is out of this world. They use whole chicken breasts and not a processed chicken patty like everywhere else.

Asked for boneless wings, clarified I wanted boneless wing. They gave me the hottest home in wings. When brought to their attention they just said sure we will remake it then proceeded to take care of everyone else. Waste of time will be contesting the charge with my bank for fraud

This is by far the WORST location I’ve ever been to, they’re customer service is TERRIBLE and the drive thru service is really slow, definitely need to hire better staff

Was given the wrong food. Lady that was working was slamming things around including my fries. Horrible customer service. I will not be back to this place. Rude, food wasn't even hot, fries were soggy, customer service wasn't there. There was no one in the parking lot or the drive-thru at the time that I went.
