Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered an 8 piece family chicken meal. Was told to wait at the door for 8 minutes then I got the order. When I got home the box inside was a different order. I got chicken tenders instead. There is no working number on the receipt to call them back.

This place was shut down a year or so ago. They reopened and I decided to give them another shot. Unfortunately same issues. Terrible food and service. Also everyone in the lobby was complaining about the slow service and attitude of the employees. There was a guy who i guess was from corporate or regional there in the lobby as well, who was just talking on his phone and totally oblivious to what was going on. Sad that this location can't get it together. Luckily for us on this side of i4 chick fil a is opening a second location. If you had a bad experience here last time it was open, just expect the same.

Before this place closed they gave me food poisoning. After that franchise failed and they decided to revive this location, I figured I would try it again. First visit, I was BLOWN AWAY by the price of a 5-piece tender combo being $19! Most people don't even make that in an hour in this area and I'm certain that the employees (who were very friendly and provided excellent service) aren't compensated that fairly either. I ordered a 3 piece combo with an iced tea for almost $14. The iced tea was warm and the chicken was stale and lukewarm. This restaurant is about to be sandwiched between two Chick-fil-A's about a mile on each side, where a 4 piece tender combo is under $12 and the chicken is not 70% stale breading. Not to mention a Publix deli is a stones throw away as well. Not looking good.

Do like their chicken ? every now and then, but they have a very serious issue with staffing for meal times! Stood in line for about 10 minutes before leaving. ?

Not accustomed to fast food restaurants where workers and customers cursing each other out and then having to wait 25 minutes for chicken at a chicken restaurant in a volatile environment. Terrible first (and last) visit to this very unprofessional place.

5:15pm No spicy Chicken for my online order had to wait 10 minutes & My order was wrong & missing a few items had to drive back 10 minutes to get the rest of my order & The Lobby was closed just the drive thru open

Their ghost wings are the best! Hot and delicious!

Staff was friendly. Took orders accurately. Was not overwhelmed by the rush. Gave all food and condiments without reminding.

Always keeps the main lobby closed. I live right by and everyday i walk there the door is always locked. The drive thru line is empty
