I did an app order, but I swear I waited 30 mins in drive through for 1 car in front of me. By that time my drink was watered down. The chicken was still a little warm but I had been waiting so long ,I just took my food and left

So this particular location was impressive!! Fresh food, hot, and cooked properly. Staff assisted me with my order (kiosk) coupons, and other questions. Management/Crew/Owner have definitely discovered the secret to a successful location.

I love your chicken and my little ole granny loves it to ! But why am I waiting like 20 + mins for chicken 😭😭 4.5 stars out of 5 because we can always improve but I love you none the less ! Way better then the last management tbh
