Chris runs a perfect restaurant. The food is always fresh and his staff is friendly and attentive. Plus you can't beet the location. It's right at the corner of 1792 and Lake Mary Blvd. Also it's one of the few places left where the prices aren't ridiculous. I highly recommend Qdoba

I’ve tried a lot of fast-casual Mexican spots, but Qdoba consistently stands out from the competition. The food tastes incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they care about quality. Their chips and queso are easily the best around—warm, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. The chips always taste freshly made and have the perfect crunch.
What really sets Qdoba apart from other places is how fresh everything feels, from the ingredients to the flavors in every bite. The queso alone is worth the visit, but when you pair it with their bowls, burritos, or tacos, it’s next level. In my opinion, it beats other similar restaurants by a mile.
