The restaurant itself was clean, the restroom was in good condition, and the overall noise level wasn’t too loud. We were seated in about five minutes, even though there was nobody at the front and we were just standing there despite the place not being busy. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I rarely leave reviews, but this visit was unacceptable enough that it needs to be shared. I came around 9 PM with a girlfriend, and the entire time felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. A family behind us was extremely loud, and when I laughed at something my friend said, the girls behind us mocked my laugh out loud, making the environment feel disrespectful and hostile. What made it even worse was the lack of awareness or care from the staff. We asked our server for sauce three different times and never received it. She barely checked on us at all, even though the restaurant clearly wasn’t busy. It honestly felt like our table was being ignored. By the end of the meal, it was obvious that this place has serious issues with customer service, attentiveness, and overall atmosphere. This was one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

The food and service here is consistently good. Occasionally it may lag a bit when things are super busy, but we come regularly and have overall enjoyed the experiences.

horrible burgers they were so greasy and they put at least half a tub of mayo on each side of the buns. It was gross.

Place was fine, but waitress seemed overwhelmed. Fine. But if you're going to charge $16 for a salad can you at least cover it when it's in the frig/cooler? Every bite tasted of the frig (yes, the frig gives food a taste). And maybe not use frozen chicken tenders. I could be wrong but they looked & tasted like the ones I buy. Onion ring tower was on point!!!!
