Food was delicious! Many options. We had the bottomless Rootbeer floats... took us back to our'teeny bobber' years. Had leftovers, yummy ;)

Our waitress got too many tables at one time and it took forever to get our food, never got extra fries. Finally just gave up and left. What a birthday dinner! The restaurant years after the other chains still doesn’t have pizza on the menu. Not even for the kids meal.

We could have gotten steaks and ribs for what we paid for two hamburger combos and a single hamburger! $82 for a handful of fries with two burgers and sodas then a takeaway burger alone! Seriously, never again! NEVER AGAIN! If we’re going to spend that kind of money we would go to Outback! The waiter was overwhelmed and it was chaotic. The burger we got our child wasn’t even correct. We asked for no pickles, no onions, no cheese and it had all three! A terrible experience that we paid a fortune for.

I’d never eat here . I been here with my family probably 5 times over the course of maybe 4 years. 3 times the service was horrible and the food disgusting . Horribly burned burgers that are not edible . One time they did when I said you can re do it . So they wonder why you don’t want them to . They act like customers are a bother . Never happens in Port Orange .

Waited over 30 minutes for a carryout. The server kept saying it was next, but others were getting their orders before me who had ordered after me. When I got my order, it wasn't worth the wait. Mediocre burger wasn't satisfying at all.

I usually love this Red Robins but this time I ordered pick up instead of dining in. The person working the take out was kind of rude, my order was cold by the time it came out after almost 15 minutes of waiting past my pick up time, and I couldn't eat my sandwich because I couldn't eat the smashed avocado (it's spicy by the way, so if you have your gallbladder removed like me, you can't have it, and they don't mention that it's spicy on the site, so now you know). So I was only able to eat the chicken patty and my onion rings after spending $17 on the one meal. I will NEVER do pick up again.

**EDIT** I do love eating at this restaurant and one bad experience isn't going to falter that.

The waiter was terrible. He didn't bring us silverware or napkins even after we reminded him when he brought drinks. His manager was watching, but no comment was given. We were hungry, so we ate. The food was good. We had to ask the server that brought our food to bring the items we asked for. Will never come here again. The waiter even had the audacity to start complaining about being overworked with too many tables. Annoying, overly flamboyant, talked nonsense to us. Somebody needs to teach him proper service skills. The customer (me) will be polite, but we don't come to hear you whine.

This is a great, budget-friendly place to eat if you're craving classic American staples like tavern burgers, sodas and steak fries.

They've improved greatly since streamlining their menu during the pandemic, and they've kept costs low by focusing their efforts on their best-selling dishes.

At this location, they do a great job of maintaining quality food & service in a family-friendly atmosphere. I feel things have gone downhill a bit over the past few months since management got shaken up; most of the staff appears really unhappy lately. My husband and I witnessed some strange, skeevy, man-child-looking higher-up publicly shaming one of the servers a few weeks ago - it was embarrassing to witness!

If anyone in corporate is reading, I'd recommend sending Bart to sensitivity training before his fragile ego ruins the vibe further. Aside from that, though, the place is amazing! Top-tier service and quality grub. We are looking forward to seeing the atmosphere improve whenever there's another management change.
