I had the pleasure of working with River City Catering for my mom’s 80th birthday party, and they were absolutely wonderful.
Before the event, we set up a tasting for my mom, but she caught a cold at the last minute and couldn’t attend. The team at RCC put together a get well care and tasting package with select items from her menu and detailed instructions on how to heat them up for optimum taste and texture.
