I recently visited this pizza place down the road from my house, hoping for a convenient and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While their motto is to show you the pizza before you walk out, the inspection from the top doesn't reveal everything. Once we got home, we discovered a disappointing, saggy bottom crust that completely ruined the texture.
Adding to the negative experience, the behavior outside the establishment was chaotic. As we tried to leave, the owner—who was not tall but certainly made up for it with rudeness—was causing a scene. She expected us to maneuver around them, which was incredibly inconvenient. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking for someone in her position.
In summary, despite the close proximity, I would rather drive further for better quality pizza and a more pleasant overall experience.

My boyfriend and I live in Lake Mary and wanted to try a new pizza spot near by and we ended up picking this spot. When we arrived the owners and owners wife and kids were out front dealing with a private matter. While we were inside there was a young girl who just started working she was so kind I would give her personally five stars for her service she provided and the kitchen staff too. After we got our pizza to go we were walking to our car and I’m not sure if this was the owners wife or another employee but she was a taller American lady and she shouted at us “excuse me?! OR NOT!” And all we were doing was trying to walk to our car to leave and have our pizza. We obviously ignored the comment that came out of that poor lady’s mouth cause we weren’t sure why she was yelling at a paying customer. When we were eating our pizza we realized quickly this is not a place we ever wanna eat at again. The bottom of the pizza was soggy and didn’t taste nearly as good as the other spots we’ve tried in the area. Save your money and don’t come here.

Hailey at the front was so sweet in getting me all the things I needed for my large company lunch order! Even when I needed help with a wrong item she helped fixed it and they compensated for the minor inconvenience. Very grateful for this pizza joint and will be returning with appreciated customer service!

We have always enjoyed the food here and you really can’t beat the happy hour specials. We went again last night for one of our daughters’ birthdays and everything was delicious. Our server was awesome too. We’ll be back again soon!

Riverwalk Pizzeria is a nice mid sized pizza place that serves more than just pizza. Their entrance is on the corner of a small shopping plaza. They have a few outside tables and a variety of booths, tables bar space and high tops inside. The outside tables border the parking lot so not much ambiance. Inside they have sever TVs tuned to sports.
They have a long happy hour where appetizers are 1/2 off (if you order the ones on their happy hour list). We ordered the pretzel bites that come with a cheese and jalapeno dip. You can ask for regular or spicy mustard as well. They came hot and cooked well. They were very tasty with a good amount of salt.
For pizza we ordered their 10 inch personal pizzas. One was a Hawaiian and the other was their meat supreme. The pizzas took a fair amount of time to come out but it was a little crowded so that was expected. Both came out at the same time and were cooked correctly. Both pizzas had a good amount of flavor however most of the flavor was from the toppings. The pizza by itself was ok, a little runny toward the center which meant if you took a bite a lot of the cheese and toppings came off in the first bite. As the pizza cooled while eating, the cheese and toppings stayed more intact to the slice. For the first 3 slices I used a fork and knife and had no issues cutting it an eating it that way. The last three slice could be eaten like a normal slice by hand. The crust and sauce wasn't super flavorful but paired nicely with the toppings.
Cost is on par with the same type of restaurant. Their PoS system does not suggest a tip amount, which is refreshing. The service was excellent, our waitress was checking on us frequently and was very pleasant.
Overall a nice experience, will go back again but it's not a must visit place. Will probably add it to our Thursday night dinner out rotation.
Parking: Lot shared by other businesses and was very crowded, narrow drive lanes with an intersection.

Burnt on the bottom and the cheese was completely unmelted and still hard on top. Asked the waitress for two new slices then the person making the pizza coped an attitude because I had taken bites out of them. Asked the waitress for the check because I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Was still charged for two beers even though I hadn’t touched the other one. Literally was in Lake Mary and drove there today because somehow I thought it would get better again. Never again.

The standout menu item is definitely the jalapeño poppers. They’re scratch made and really tasty. I really wish they’d just sell me a case of their beer and some jalapeño poppers to go.
