I had the pineapple & strawberry Dole cream's.- They taste great.- Have to go LOW on the portions like they did.- Too pricey for the portions in tiny plastic cups.- Great customer service.Parking: Small

Great little shop in Sanford. Ice cream and Italian ice is great and their prices are very reasonable. They have about 20+ ice cream flavors and about 15+ of Italian ice flavors. There’s only drive-thru and walk up and parking in their actual lot is limited. The staff is friendly and work fast to get through the crowds of people coming.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free and no sugar added options.
Me and my daughter come here twice a month, awesome staff! Bring the carrot cake back!!!

The last 3 times I have been here there has been a shortage of lids. Today I ordered 3 small Gelatos and said I needed lids. The young woman takes my money and when she returns the change tells me they don’t have any small lids. I told her I was going a distance and needed lids and could she just put them in a medium cup and only put a small size amount in there. Then she says they don’t have medium lids either.At this point I again tell her I need lids because I’m in the car by myself and don’t want the ice cream to drip all over my car. I ask her to just do a quart instead (hoping they have lids for that).She says “can’t do that because we already made them. We’ll just put bigger lids on to cover them.”The medium lids that they were “out of” which didn’t seal the small cups.Long story short the ice cream did melt and leak in my car ?♀️.Looking forward to Culver’s being built.

Have heard of Sals for so long and finally headed over. What a wonderful surprise to discover this gem! Ice cream is so yummy (and there are sooooo many flavors to choose from), the staff is amazing (so friendly), and they offered a pup cup to my little furry friend. Check out the picture; this is no 'cup', it was a bowl!! Have already been back twice

It’s a nice spot with reasonable prices and a drive through, but I don’t love the flavor of the chocolate soft serve. The vanilla is good! Next time I’ll skip the twist and get vanilla with Italian ice. I just wish they had a non-fruity flavor to mix with the vanilla (like sea salt caramel or coffee!) Pup cups are great. My dog was so excited.

No one wanted to wait on a party of four. Had Banana Split . Poor excuse for a banana split. Wouldn’t use hard use lce Cream….used soft half-melted!
