Love my local home brew shop. They have what I need and can answer almost any question. They also have homebrew 101 classes, so if you are thinking about brewing take a class. Just Brew It!
Bought a home brew kit. Easy and easy out a lot of information provided. I’ll be back.
Got my CO2 tank refilled there a few weeks ago. Quick and easy.
Great selection of their own brew and supplies to help you make your own. My wife and I attended a class taught by Gary on how to make kimchi. He made it fun and enjoyable and there was no rush to finish up. He also showed us what products we needed to make mead at home. We go by everytime we are in downtown because we love the atmosphere and company , and it isn't a loud and rowdy pub. So if you like a nice and easy pleasant place, we highly recommend.
i love this place. it’s my go-to spot for homebrew supplies. wide variety of hops, grains, and yeasts, and an incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. the bar area is comfortable, and they have great beers too! :) would highly recommend to any homebrewer or beer enjoyer
CHEESE CLASSMy experience at the cheese-making class hosted by Sanford Homebrew Shop was nothing short of fantastic. Led by Gary, the class provided a hands-on opportunity to learn the art of cheese crafting. And of course, the best part was getting to taste the delicious cheese we created at the end of the class. The creamy mozzarella was a testament to our newfound skills.Overall, the cheese-making class at Sanford Homebrew Shop is a must-try for anyone interested in culinary adventures. I left feeling inspired and eager to continue exploring the world of cheese-making.
Awesome business!
Great place to get fresh grains! Excellent selection of fresh hops & yeast. I really appreciate how they crush all the grains for you too.
Convenient location, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Love this place. My son and I took their beer brewing beginners class over a year ago. Now have multiple 5 gallon batches under our belt. I go there to buy all our supplies which are high quality and competitively priced. The most valuable thing though is their advice. They have helped me with answers to all my questions no matter how dumb or how technical. Can't imagine doing it without them!

Had questions the guy there very helpful
Just had a cappuccino. I recommend you take the time to visit and have one for yourself.
What a nice find! Located next to Hollerbach, they serve awesome coffee and brew a few beers. But the real draw has to be the beer, wine, and cheese making kits.Make your own ?. And ? And ? .Seriously, when you're in Sanford, stop by this place. It's a small store front and almost easy to miss but it's so worth the stop.Prices are in line with the area.If you're doing the brew pub crawl, make this a spot on the tour. And tell them Lenny sent you.
Awesome place. Went in one 8/10/23 and bought my mead fermentation supplies here. The staff was super friendly and insanely knowledgeable. If you're into home brewing definitely check them out. The photo is the 4 gallons of mead I started.
The true homebrew shop experience. I love the hands on approach and their knowledge of the industry. You guys rock and the flight of beers were spot on! Cheers
