At the time of my visit to the eating area, water was dripping from everywhere management and staff have a talk with your building owner, the mop buckets everywhere collecting water leakage from the roof with a nasty looking water stain trail rusty looking steel frame, give the illusion the building is falling apart.

A lot of good and bad here. The mall is below 50% occupancy, and it's even worse in the food court. On the week day that we we went, there was only Chinese food and one other option open. The area looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there is mold in places.
