Smoothie was good but I will not be back. Everyone looks unhappy to be there and it’s super dirty even though I could heavily smell bleach.
I remember SK used to be clean fresh painted and had great staff. I used to come to this location daily years ago.
Happy employees usually equal good pay and good treatment. It seems maybe the owner just does care or take pride anymore?
I have watched this place go down in the dumps.
I hope it gets better. I hope the employees are treated fairly so that they take pride in their job and be happy to be there. I hope it cleans up and I really really hope you quit using bleach.
My smoothie went in the trash.

I ordered the 20 oz smoothie listed as containing 45 g of protein and confirmed by staff. When it was prepared, a significant amount was left in the blender, so I did not receive the full protein advertised. Additionally, the smoothie was very watery, and my questions about it were not answered by staff throughly. I hope the team can ensure smoothies are fully poured, properly mixed, and that customers receive the full nutrition they pay for.
Times are hard, and I chose to bring my business here, so this experience was disappointing.
I added a picture, however you cannot see how watery the smoothie is.

I placed a mobile order for two smoothies and a specialty toast ahead of time to avoid waiting. When I arrived, there were only two employees working, and neither seemed to know what they were doing. The store floor was soaking wet and unsafe, and despite having ordered in advance, it took 30 minutes just to get my smoothies and toast.

The entire purpose of ordering ahead is convenience—this location failed completely. Slow, unprofessional service, lack of urgency, and unsafe conditions make this one of the worst Smoothie King experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable.

If you value your time and safety, I’d recommend skipping this location.
