Decided to try this place out today because we were starving. The sandwiches we ordered had zero flavor. We ordered the steak sub with fries, and the chicken club sub. To be completely honest, I don’t even know if my dog would have enjoyed it. Save your money and go to a better sandwich shop.

05/16/25. I am 65. I have never left a review anywhere I have ever eaten before, let alone a bad one! So, I am not typically one to complain. I honestly was very disappointed, and I even waited a day before posting this, but the dusappointment really kind of stuck with me!. I ordered the Friday Special Steak and Frys. I had mushrooms added. All I could taste was salt ! The bread became mushy, and it had very little cohesive structure. It was like eating a mushy mess. I couldn't finish the sandwich because it was so salty! The meat seemed more like chop meat than steak and again didn't have any taste other than salt! The girl at the counter honestly seemed like she didn't want to be there, Let alone actually take my order! Her attitude was dismissive, to say the least! To say I was disappointed would be an understatement! Not going back!

Sobiks is a weekly visit for my girlfriend and i and it is a hit every time! Management definitely cares and ensures this place is running smoothly and efficiently. The top asset to this company is hands down, my girl Kim!!! She is so warm and friendly and ensures that everyone is enjoying their visit. Kim is an absolute 🙌 blessing!! I came in with my Dad, who cannot communicate well because of a stroke, and she was so kind and attentive! He accidentally ordered something other than what he wanted, and she graciously made him what he wanted. She took her time, didn't rush us, and the kindness was such a breath of fresh air! This visit was horrible. The staff was young guys that had no idea what they were doing. The one making the subs forgot to steam my sub to melt my cheese and the meat was dry. It's always something different when we come.Never consistant or the same people. Very dissatisfied...

I stopped in because I had a coupon for a free 8 inch sub. (Coupons are in the Sanford Herald) I ordered the eggplant parmesan and the anti pasta salad. Great choices. The boss should know that the 2 guys behind the counter were super friendly. I will be back. 🙂
