I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The barista’s (Shalea) attitude was off-putting—condescending when taking my order and completely deceiving in the way they treated customers. It felt like I was being talked down to rather than served. I hope Starbucks addresses this behavior soon. This is what happens when you hire incompetent employees

Barista was cordial and bac9n gouda sandwich was hot and tasty. Hot coffee was not hot and way too strong. I guess I just do not care for Starbucks coffee.

This place is an absolute joke! Waited in line for 10 minutes to place my order. I was the only one in line! Two employees were cleaning and not attending to customers. It was 3:30 pm. Unreal.
I highly recommend to not go here , I found a plastic thing of whatever in my drink that I was choking on& I had to pull it out bc of how long it was I think a peice got stuck. If u don’t wanna get hurt don’t go here. the girl at the register this day that made my drink she not only was rude but seemed like she didn’t care to help me when I asked her what she suggested & her attitude was off. When I received my food ig was soggy & still cold from the middle. Never been so dissatisfied from a Starbucks before

Workers really need to pay on what the customer says. Girl repeated our orders but still messed up. We are lactose and my daughter and husband got regular milk instead of what they ordered. I had to get my order fixed and almost didn’t have my alternative milk added.

This place is really just eh. They definitely underfill your cups which is annoying. I brought in my Stanley and the drink is to the top filled w ice. I don’t feel like paying almost $7 for ice ?
