I just find it really odd that this is the only location where I have an issue with them tossing out a quarter of the coffee I paid for. I order a grande drink with four shots of espresso in a Venti cup. They end up dumping out a quarter of the drink, so I’m only getting three of the four shots that I paid for. I don’t get four shots of espresso for the flavor. I get it because I need the caffeine. She filled the cup with an inch or more to spare and then tossed out the rest. Not to mention this location is easily the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to put your order in 15 minutes ahead of time because you’re gonna be waiting when you get there if you don’t.

I come here often as it is a new location closer to my morning route, but I am extremely disappointed this morning, I ordered a warmed pumpkin bread and when I started eating it it tasted… off, and then I took another bite and felt something in my mouth, thinking I was going to pull out a nut, it was a piece of bacon or some type of little bit of meat…. I’m a vegetarian too so this makes this situation so much worse, but even if I wasn’t I should not be tasting bacon on my pumpkin bread, you guys need to wipe down the toaster oven after each use. This ruined my morning.

The drive thru employee was so incredibly rude I was given the wrong drink and asked for it to be remade, and instead of correcting the issue, she literally huffed into the speaker and said ughh hold on.

Like maam, are you even serious. $8 for a wrong drink and you wanna huff and puff into the speaker.

Please avoid this location at all costs.

Horrible customer service rude workers that don't make drinks right and ignore you when you ask why... makes alot of sense to be spraying cleaner next to people's drinks to right ? I would never come back to this location again worst starbucks I have ever been to.

Highly disappointed in this location and will not return. Drinks were horrible, not made correctly and missing a few ounces of steamed milk.

Annoyed at this locations level of service, quantity, and quality. Standard is low compared to the location by WaWa on the other side. I think I just paid $8 for shaved ice and some strawberry jam. I’ve ordered venti coffees here many times and it’s never filled up to the top. I’ve watched staff shake and throw out extras without topping off the cup. It is worth it to travel to another location.

I had a coupon and the Employee at the window refused to take my coupon. Also every time I come there I get Splenda in my drinks. They never stir it if I get an ice drink. There's so much ice that by the time I take like 5 zips. It's gone and that shouldn't happen over a quarter special and vinty cup. I spend almost $30 a day at Starbucks period and I have found that buying my own machine with my own supplies is much cheaper and taste much better and I'm not ripped off and I'm guaranteed quality every time I'm very disappointed in Starbucks. You can keep your coupon and I'll keep my money. Thank you.....

Very disappointed about how much ice is in my Iced Shaken Espresso!! What a rip off!! Shame on your Starbucks! We don’t pay almost $7.00 for a cup of ice!!! Didn’t even put adequate amount of oat milk. Such a waste of my time and money.
