I bought 2 double cheeseburgers and two small fries. The fries were good but the meat did not taste right have you changed it? It sure didn't taste like a steak burger. That's why I went there for a steak burger did you change it? doesn't taste like imitation even. OMG!!

I have been coming to this location for a long time regularly. Today, was a bit different , the lady taking orders/window wasn't very pleasant, and the size of my 3 chicken tenders was extremely tiny, they were almost the size of human fingers.?I didn't order a kids meal ! What is going on ?!!

Tracy the window attendant started mocking me for my Google pay acting up, with the owner of the store. Worst experience, then when I got the food the fries were soggy and cold the cheese was absolutely disgusting. -1000 out of 10

Stopped by today between 2:30 and 3 pm amd ordered chilli cheese fries and got food poisoning. Called the restaurant to warn them of this issue and the manager on duty, Jeff, rudely hung up on me. I'm pregnant so this is a very serious risk to mine and my baby's health. I will be contacting the health department and corporate and I'd HIGHLY recommend firing Jeff.
The next day, another employee from this location named Marissa called to tell me that she doesn't believe my food poisoning came from their location even though that's all I ate that day. This location is so unprofessional, I'll await for the Health Department, BBB, and Corporate office to follow up on my concerns and hopefully take the necessary steps to keep others from experiencing this issue.

Went in through the drive thru for just a Frisco melt by itself and it did NOT disappoint! Just as good as I remembered. It had a good amount of sauce and everything was cooked well. The cashier Daniyah is absolutely sweet and super friendly! There is always a little wait for the food but that’s all Steak N Shakes. I thought it was a decent wait time for my sandwich and it was absolutely delicious ?

What an absolutely appalling establishment. Do yourself a favor if you're not going to just do drive-thru. Don't even bother with this place anymore. They have fired all of their employees for the most part inside that would wait on customers and take care of customer service needs. Now. There's a few lonely Cooks running around and an electronic kiosk in my opinion. If you're going to do part of the work yourself like a lonely employee employee they should throw a discount for these things. But all it does is show the corporate greed. The heck with steak 'n shake. I will never be back if this is a no more than what you think of the American people that you employ. Shame on you Shane
