Very rude on several occasions

Terribly rude and incompetent manger and the owner clearly has no idea how to run a store this Location should be closed or made into a corporate location

For a minute, there was only a person working. Micheal he said his name was... big kudos to him he was in there handling his business by himself. He had a great attitude and made everyone feel welcomed. Big ups to him. He really had some patience dealing with a few of these people who came in there trying to order food. At the end another person came in to help serve the people.

Not a good place. Been multiple times, multiple problems. Over it. Too many sub places to eat to be this terrible. Skibo subs down the road is way more fire and less problematic. Preach.

I ubered two 12' subs, and our orders were COMPLETELY wrong... They put the wrong bread on our subs, we also ordered ham but instead of saying they didn't have it they put a mysterious meat I belive to be bologne which is just disgusting.... I called to let them know they messed up my order. The girl who picked up the phone acted confused, then told me to do the refund thru Uber and hung up on me, which I think is disrespectful... how are you gonna mess up my order and be rude???

All I’m gonna say is the manager is self centered and said she would fire me if I had to take off for my child’s appointment to get his meds because she had dance recitals. It is my first day off of training and I even sent proof. I don’t think a manager should speak to any employee with disrespect or any understanding. She spoke to me as if I was a child when I am 31. I guess she’s used to speaking to her younger employees but I refuse to be spoken to like a child in the workplace. I personally think a child’s health is more important than a dance show. But that’s just me. I was never given a uniform nor a hat. Also, the owner Brian, needs to make some changes for sure. It is sad that he will never know the real reason why I resigned because nobody has his number but her.
