I don't come too often but when I do there's ALWAYS just one person handling everything. That's not good when they have a big order to process and there's 5 people WAITING. Sanford team - please get your business together. There were 3 other employees running around while that ONE person did everything. Make it make sense. Thanks team!

March 22, 2024, I went into this Subway to buy a sub. While I was sitting at one of the tables, trying to find an online coupon, a woman came into the Subway carrying a nonservice dog, that belongs to the manager, who was in the Subway working during that time. The manager and two other employees came from behind the counter, and the three of them started holding and touching the dog. I had not ordered food yet; so I said to the employees, I hope you all wash your hands. Another customer came in the Subway and saw the Subway employees with the dog, and she said I hope everybody washes their hands. I said I told them that. The manager got upset that I had a problem with the dog being in the restaurant. The employees continued making remarks directed at me, and I responded to them. One of the employees made a remark, saying give her a cookie. I replied, I worked for everything I get, I don't need anyone to give me anything. The referenced manager, who was working at Subway during the incident, should not be in a managerial position, due to her poor leadership of leading and allowing other employees to touch and hold the dog, while they were working in the Subway making food for the public. l wanted to report the issue to the district manager, so I asked the referenced manager to provide me with the district manager's phone number; she refused to provide it to me. Apparently, this is not the first time a dog has been in the referenced Subway, as I saw a review another customer posted, regarding seeing a dog in the referenced Subway.The customer found it disgusting, as I did, in seeing a dog in the Subway. It is very likely that some of the dog's fur, etc. got onto one or all of the employees' clothes, and may have transferred into customers' food, and anywhere in the restaurant. In the past, I have purchased a lot of food from the Subway. I wish I'd known beforehand that a nonservice dog(s) had been in that Subway. ***This review was edited on 04/20/2024, to include a screenshot of the other customer's review of seeing a dog in the referenced Subway restaurant.***

The guy working at night on March 3rd was out of everything, didn't want me to sit in the lobby when it was 10 at night and the doors say it closes at 11. I could feel he really didn't want anyone there. Never coming back.

Service wasn't very pleasant. The woman working there had a very nasty attitude and refused to finish my order. The guy by the name of Tim was very pleasant and finished my order so I praise this guy's service the woman needs an attitude adjustment.

Extremely mad customer!!! Submitted a electronic subway order that was never received and after an hour it was voided. And employee did not know what she was doing. Had to call her several times!! Had to call their delivery partner Doordash, and they redirected us back to calling Subway restaurant in Sanford on Orlando Drive.. And girl said now we have to contact Subway manager in the morning about our refund! And we're so mad! Money and time and terrible customer service from both ends!!!
