Made two online orders and took them home only to find out they duplicated my first order and completely missed the 2nd order. Called Subway and we were instructed that they NEED the duplicate sandwich driven back to their store if we want the situation corrected. (not sure why- resell? Restock?). Drove back to Subway with one of the duplicate sandwiches and got the correct order on the 2nd try. I ask if they can comp anything for this inconvenience and gas cost...their response was "No" and then they proceeded to tell me that it's above their pay grade and that the "movers and shakers" are the ones that call the shots and since it's the weekend, nothing can be done.I spoke w "mover/shaker" Monday morning and she said it is policy for them to ask for the dup sandwich to be returned as part of inventory and they can make it right with a cookie...only if you drive out to them again. I won't be eating at Subway again, not because of the screwup on my order, but because of their possibility of reselling or restocking their "mistake" footlongs that customers had to return to get their correct order right. Gross.

This Subway is inside of a gas station so atmosphere is hard to say!However if you have a remote sense of patience this is a great place.The dude that works there most of the time I go is happy to talk with you, help you and carry on a conversation. The only drawback is if you're in a rush, it's not the fastest level of service so I've seen people get frustrated and leave.But if I don't have to cook, I'm willing to wait!One last note, do not order delivery from the app because apparently the door dash people don't recognize subway exists and you'll never get your food that way. But they're great for pickup if you are in a rush.Kid-friendliness: Kid meals availableParking: It's gas station parking, so as long as all the pumps aren't filled up, the spots will never be.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking near ramp

Very disappointed this morning with your staff. I came in to get a sandwich and fuel as it is a Circle K too. There was nobody at the counter and after about 5 mins I went and paid for fuel then went to the counter again and hollered "hello". The gas station attendant looked at me crazy and said "she will be with you in a moment". So after waiting a Lil more I then went and fueled my vehicle and came back in. This time the woman was at the counter but clearly had an attitude. I said good morning and she said I'll be with you in a minute. Then she turns around and starts asking me about cookies in a smart a** way because she was trying to point out I wasn't standing in the correct spot for a sandwich. I looked at her dumbfounded and didn't understand what she was doing right away. So now she is being confused on purpose in a facetious manner. So I said I wanted to get a sandwich and a simple hi, how may I help you would have gone a lot further in making this a pleasant transaction. She then took off her gloves and refused service. I then said to take your attitude elsewhere as it wasn't necessary. I then walked out and asked to to talk to Jesus about her problems and if she didn't like her job that there are others out there and she doesn't have to be so rude. So now I'm still hungry and she is still in a foul mood for her own reason. Good luck with your location and it's business with a terrible person like this representing your company.

Subs are always good and best drink selection around. Store is also always nice and clean.
Sandwiches are sloppy. Order with light sauce and it come dripping out of the sandwich. Barely any vegetables on the subs. Their prices have gone up but their quality continues to go down. There is a WAWA just down the street. Guess where I go next time!

We have been out of power from hurricane ian for 6 days and have not been able to cook at home. This was the 2nd time since the power outage that we've come here for our dinner. It very much was a pleasure to be served by this gentleman. So thank you for an enjoyable experience.

This was the subway in Osteen,long line of people,one sandwich maker,could care less if she was slow,seemed annoyed when asked questions.and upon paying,she said either tip me or dump me...wth... Since when did you have to tip sandwich makers at Subway for making your subs never heard of that,that's their job, she got nothing so I decided to dump her.
