I litterally ordered the chicken avocado sandwich online. Once I make it home to eat is when I realized she didn't even put avocado on my sandwich nor any chicken. It was a smashed sandwich that I paid 2 dollars extra for and didn't even receive what the sandwich called for

One worker running the counter peak lunch hours. You will spend most of your lunch time standing there waiting. The owner needs to get the lady at the counter some help!

Several times I have been to this location as I have lived nearby for over two years. Before the remodel - 5 stars. Since the remodel, I have had the same experience. This location will only have one person running the counter, even at lunch rush. Line is to the door and they ALWAYS put mobile orders before customers standing in line. I have waited and am next to order and I am told to wait while they do mobile orders. I always end up walking out before ordering. It is extremely disappointing as this used to be the best Subway in the area. Now, we have three crap Subway locations.

This store has been down hill for about a year. It was closed for a bit, then recently reopened, maybe a few months ago now. We went in a few weeks ago and I was hoping for a better experience. I waited to post due fear of the worker there that day getting fired. Unfortunately, this store is no better, if anything it is worse. When I went to go pay, I asked for extra sauce on the side and this store only had lids...seriously, why? Okay, fine, then we only wanted water. I was told that this location does not provide courtesy cups, there is too many homeless people that come in wanting water. The worker tells me that they cannot give me a regular small cup because last time they did this they were threatened to be fired as the owner watched the cameras and saw this team member give a customer a cup. Seriously, is this a ploy to get people to spend more money? At that point, I am completely annoyed not just at the complete lack of customer service this place provides but also the lack of empathy and greed this greed the owner of this store has. I do not think it is the owners job to provide water to every Tom, Dick and Harry, however I do believe part of the job is provide excellent customer service to paying customers, this is what people coming back.

I walked into the store at 12:15 in the afternoon. I was the only person in the store so I went right to the counter. The first words from the employees mouth were I only have white and wheat bread because it’s too hot to touch. I was fine with that so I went to order the BMT sandwich. I was immediately told that she didn’t have any ham prepared. I left the store immediately because they were obviously not ready for their lunch rush.

It's a subway, nothing special about it. However when we walked in, we took notice of the one employee that was working had her phone up to her ear actively talking to whoever while making the dudes sandwich. Half hearing what he was ordering, just very unprofessional so we turned and left

Didn't have wheat bread. Didn't have lettuce.......Really?Really? You're a sub shop. How you going to run out of lettuce? Pickles in a bin behind the counter look like they were salvaged from the Titanic. Took the owner 10 mins to get the soda machine working. Had to get straws from the back room. No lids. You just starting up or slowly dying over there? Pick a different Subway.

Me and my son went in with coupons for 3 subs for $18 each. When I told the lady behind the counter I wanted 6 subs she rolled her eyes and made a face . Then another worker comes out of the back and they look at each other like oh my god . Very disrespectful won’t be going in there again

My went in this store tonight for a footlong turkey sub and she was charged for a footlong and got two 6 inch. I'm never coming back here. The worst always a problem.

Bad management, under staff very slow, not clean. Online order that show ready on app never touch until you be in store. I don’t believe no one care overthere. This was pretty good one in past.

Having never been to the subway before, I thought the staff was friendly and the line was pretty short. One thing Subway has a problem with is for some reason they never cut the bread evenly so it looks like you're getting a 4 inch sandwich and your other sandwich could be 6 in. (What it should be). I feel like the sandwich was subpar was not that fresh. After paying I grabbed my chips, went out to the car ate one chip and it was not fresh and I noticed crumbs falling out of the bottom of the bag and there was a hole in it.
