Had the pleasure to be served by a young man named Danniel.
What I can say is Subway needs more people like him, me, my wife, daughter, and son stopped by at the last minute 10:35pm and all though they close at 11pm he still had the most lovely attitude and helped us out with 4 orders. I will love for management to recognize a great employee because not every day you walk in a fast food joint 1/2hr before closing and treat some one with such pleasure and friendship followed with a great smile.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered using the touch screen. Ordered a salad. Received a protein bowl with grilled chicken instead of a crispy chicken, no tomatoes, no green peppers and then to top it off they gave me a knife instead of a fork. Avoid this location!

I used to work at this subway, so I know how their bread should look like when they're done. It didn't look as underdone, until I started to eat it and felt the dough still gooey! I'm not sure who the manager is or who is looking over the workers, but whomever made your bread the morning of June 28, 2024 needs to relearn how to make the herb and cheese bread. Both my sandwich and my husbands were completely underdone! (We ordered both of our sandwiches on the herb and cheese, so I'm not sure how the other breads turned out this morning)
I gave 2 stars because the worker could've had an off day and I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but making bread there isn't difficult at all, I used to do it every morning! And, I got chips as well, so that brought it up from one star to 2

It's been a long time since I had subway. Everything was closed and I needed a super late night dinner I decided to go back to my long time memory lane subway. I had a Philly cheese steak sub my son like it.

This location has turned bad since they started hiring new people. I like my cookies soft and for some reason some people overcook the raspberry cookies. So, when I place my order and pick it up, I ask them to change the cookies if they are over cooked before they even put it in the cookie box. The new boy argued with me stating that its already in inventory and he cannot change them even if I am unsatisfied. And also said he will get fired if he changes them...... I have been going to this store for over 2 years...... Never had an issue before until now. Since the full staff of new hires my order is constantly wrong. Here comes the funny part. I decided to just go ahead and eat the cookies and just don't go back. BUT I FOUND HAIR BAKED in my cookie and then when I called about it, he said "omg I'm sorry I know what happened was it the oatmeal cookies" I stated no it was the raspberry and his response was I'm sorry I was think of someone else and offered me more cookies or a voucher...... That makes me think they dropped them on the floor and just picked them up and gave them out anyway. Or something in that nature. After I get my fresh cookies they promise me, I will no longer be eating here.

Will not return to this location! We have been coming to this location once a week for over 2 years now. Service has drastically declined over the past 6 months. The service is terrible and they are consistently low/out of cookie choices. I can not justify paying almost $17 for 2 turkey and bacon 6 inch sandwiches that are made incorrectly. Really stinks as my daughter and I love having Subway after her dance class.

I have been a frequent flyer of this location for several months now and feel I have a good understanding of the dynamic here. I order for my three kids one to two times a week from here. It is pretty consistently very slow and very low on chips. It does take a long time to typically get recognition from an employee, attitude is a hit or miss. Cleanliness is not the greatest. They have now added a lid that covers your view of the food so you can not really see the cleanliness or condition of your meats when ordering. They hardly put tuna on a sub I always have to pay $3 more for my daughter to get a normal amount of tuna. today they were out of meatballs in the middle of the day around lunch time and the attitude was less than favorable. They had only a few cookies made for purchase and to top it off the woman making my subs literally stopped to do other multiple (5-6 times) things including opening a safe to handle money in the middle of making my kids food. This location could defiantly use some improvement. I hope this helps others to have a fair understanding of expectations when eating here.

Horrible attitude and behavior EVERY time I come here. Also SUPER SUPER slow. Employees have no care in the world. After I got my food after waiting almost 20mins I was able to grab a drink, eat my food, talk for a couple minutes. They finally got through with the person behind us who ordered 1 footling sandwich with a fountain drink. Insane.
