This place has a lot going for it: excellent customer service, a clean and inviting environment, and fantastic subs. However, I've noticed a recurring issue with order timeliness. While most of the time (around 60%) my order is ready as promised, there are times when I've had to wait longer than expected. If they could improve their timing consistency, this would easily be a 5-star establishment.
