I got the Hot Butter Chicken Katsu. Let me tell you that this is the best chicken sandwich! All the flavors at one time work so well! Compliments to the chef! Alpha made it an awesome experience; so kind and good customer service. He checked in on us even after we got our order. Thank you again!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the huli huli chicken. It took 32 minutes for both of these items to be given to us. The server in the front walked away from the restaurant at one point as ready food continued to pile up behind. If you are in a rush or don’t want to wait 30+ minutes for a sandwich and chicken with rice I would suggest you not go here.

Disappointed with the hot chicken sandwich. Workers looked like they were half asleep and it took over 30 minutes to get food prepared

Person was at the ciunter was sleeping, had to wake them up tontske my orrer . Got a smash burger. And infact was not a smash burger was 2 generic beef paddies in a disgusting burger. Crap out the bag crinkle fries for a total of 20 bucks. Couldn't get a side of mayo without paying for it. Nice waste of 20 bucks just threw it in the trash after 2 bites.

Drove 40 minutes to get a sandwich here. The first time I checked and it said they were open on the internet, got there at 11:45 and they said they were closed. The second time I drove there, another 40 minute drive, the guy at the counter took the order of the person in front of me and when it was my turn he told me they were closed for 45 minutes. This was at 1:30 pm. What a joke. I’ll not be going a third time.

This local Hawaiian spot inside Henry’s Depot is a favorite of mine! The food is always fresh, and the Huli Huli chicken is consistently flavorful and tender—it’s what keeps me coming back. The mac salad is okay, but could use a little brightening to reach the level of the rest of the meal. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there’s always plenty of parking, which makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Side note- We choose to eat outside, Henry’s Depot will leave you smelling like food if you stay inside too long.

First let me say it took a moment to find the place, I didn't realize it was a food haul that I was approaching. Just keep that in mind Go into the long building you'll be all right.

Customer service was on point. Staff was upbeat.

Having lived in Hawaii for a few years I've been craving mac salad and I just haven't been able to find it anywhere in Orlando. So far this is the closest I've found. I gave it four stars, but I didn't try anything else on the menu.

Will be back to try the other food at some point.
