after a long day of work, I pulled into the drive-through line to order and Jake was on the line. What a delight it was to hear such a welcoming person who genuinely wanted to make others feel good. I cannot begin to explain how amazing it was to hear such a kind person take my order, even if it was as simple as asking if I needed any hot sauce. He was truly amazing.

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life. Waited 30+ mins for 3 cars in front of us and there was like 2 people working and told us they were so behind but there was only 3 cars they served and no one inside.

I order taco bell from doordash just today. I order doritos loco tacos combo I ordered for my tacos to have no lettuce. EVERY. SINGLE. TACO. HAD. LETTUCE. This ain't the first time they failed to follow simple instructions.
Been waiting 40 minutes for one pick-up order. They completed every other order in the DT and front counter instead of mine. They kept telling me it wasn’t ready yet, and then after half an hour told me they were out of beef?? Rude employees kicked people out of the lobby, too.

Don't come here unless you are going to the drive through. The employees will look you dead in the eye and not say anything let alone greet you when you enter. There was a line forming in the restaurant and ALL employees were solely focused on the drive through. We left because they clearly did not want to serve the customers that were in the building

Worst location no matter how it’s ordered in person or uber eats your order will be wrong or even missing multiple items. Not very clean when I went in person. Staff has no concern for the customer and clearly don’t take pride in their workplace and it shows visually and through their service.
