Most of the time this place is short staffed so you may want to order ahead of time. I have been twice and placed mobile order, then drove there, and after getting there still had to wait over 20-30 minutes before getting my order. Otherwise the service is good and they make the food well.
The place not very well maintained in general and not could be cleaner.

LAZY STAFF especially at night. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE AN ADULT DO YOUR JOB STAY HOME AND GIVE THE JOB TO SOMEONE WHO DOES. Don’t waste your time at this location seeing how LAZY they are I wouldn’t trust them with my food cleanliness or anything

Just left the drive through on 11/20 @4:07pm and the gentleman working the drive through window provided exceptional customer service! I love me a good crunch wrap supreme and he recommended getting rice and refried beans on it next time! I should have gotten his name but I hope management sees this and gives him a shout out!

I ordered the new crispy chicken taco and instead I got a petrified chicken taco. I guess they’re either too lazy or they can’t afford to throw it in the trash… instead they’re giving it to the customers. I am not trying more seasonal items. Thanks Taco Bell.

I ordered 9 items, with 3 of those being drinks, and three being sides. It took 45 minutes to get our food. There was about 5 other small groups of people (2-3 people) waiting and no drive thru line so idk what was going on.

Got 3 chicken chalupa supremes for almost $20 at the Sanford WP ball location today 10/5/2025…..HARDLY ANY CHICKEN inside each one ……what the hell are we paying for ?? This is going way up to corporate….STOP RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMERS!!!!

Came in here concerned about reviews, but super hungry and wanting Taco Bell. We put in an online order, didn’t wait more than 7-8 minutes for the food. The order was accurate, hot, and portions were well done. The customer service was not lacking. Seriously, we were impressed and we will be back!!

The past two times they have gotten my order wrong. And with so many cars in the drivethrew (they for some reason had the doors locked at 9 pm when it says open til 1 or 2) so i couldnt get a full check of my food bag.
