Absolutely the worst experience go through the drive thru window and they tell me to pull around for 3 items then they never bring me my food I have to go in and say something then to add insult they are like we need your receipt then I have to walk back out to the car and get the receipt and take it back inside. I said I literally just went through the drive through you take my money and tell me to pull around then never bring out my food then act like I'm the problem when I try to get the food I purchased taco bell you seriously need to take a look at this location this is ridiculous

I don’t know what happened to the chicken power bowl, but I will continue to buy it anymore. The last four times I’ve gotten the chicken it was delicious. I can’t even tell how it can be cooked so well. It’s hard dark brown that is either godly or amazing. Identifiable meat. The proportions are also on. This is supposed to have a lot of protein and it does biggest portion is rice which I love. The guacamole always was amazing in it. The service is pretty amazing lately too.

Drive thru backed up so went inside. Only has a kiosk, first strike. Kiosk confusing and doesn’t give receipt, second strike. Only two people in the kitchen but 8 employees sitting in dining room having gripe session. Took 20 minutes to get 3 tacos; strike three. Too many other taco places two blocks down the street

At 1200 WP Ball Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771. Dolores has a bad attitude. In the taco bell app with the online only specials for $6.99. The picture shows that it comes with a burrito. I normally just order it exactly like the picture because that's the way I like it. When I was missing my burrito I asked why and they refused to make it for me because they said it didn't print with the receipt. I showed them the picture and receipt of what I ordered from the app and Dolores gave me attitude. When I tried to explain to her what was going on she put her hand up and walked away from me. Someone else had to help me. And I still left without my burrito. Personally, I don't know if Dolores was having a bad day or if she just hates her job. Or maybe she hates white people. Whatever it is, it is no excuse to treat people poorly while you're at work. This particular location has lost my business. Not that taco bell cares

Taco Bell needs to resolve its problem of ignoring customers who choose to dine in. Not all customers know how to use the modern food order kiosks. I often see people who want to pay in cash; people with disabilities; people who need something extra (after they placed an order); and customers whose orders have not been filled in a timely manner, being ignored and embarrassed when trying to get the attention of a Taco Bell associate.
