I don’t know what happened to the chicken power bowl, but I will continue to buy it anymore. The last four times I’ve gotten the chicken it was delicious. I can’t even tell how it can be cooked so well. It’s hard dark brown that is either godly or amazing. Identifiable meat. The proportions are also on. This is supposed to have a lot of protein and it does biggest portion is rice which I love. The guacamole always was amazing in it. The service is pretty amazing lately...

At 1200 WP Ball Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771. Dolores has a bad attitude. In the taco bell app with the online only specials for $6.99. The picture shows that it comes with a burrito. I normally just order it exactly like the picture because that's the way I like it. When I was missing my burrito I asked why and they refused to make it for me because they said it didn't print with the receipt. I showed them the picture and receipt of what I ordered from the app and Dolores...

Taco Bell needs to resolve its problem of ignoring customers who choose to dine in. Not all customers know how to use the modern food order kiosks.
I often see people who want to pay in cash; people with disabilities; people who need something extra (after they placed an order); and customers whose orders have not been filled in a timely manner, being ignored and embarrassed when trying to get the attention of a Taco Bell associate.
