I really want to love this place. The food has been good, but every time I come the service is lacking. One time the bartender was even rude. I'm giving them one more try, but it hasn't started well I had to wait 10 minutes for a bottled beer, and it's slow on a slow monday.

Gonna start this out by saying me and my family love the station and have eaten here many times. Never had a bad experience before. But today was awful. Food was great as usual. Nothing to do with the kitchen. But the service was terrible. Me and my family of 5 sat down at a booth and waited 20 minutes just for our waitress to bring menus over. She was very rude and short with us throughout the whole experience. I had to get up from my table and go to the bar just to get a refill for my water because she never came back too check on us.

One of the best restaurants downtown me and my family have lived here many years and the atmosphere the employees are so kind overall 100/10. If you come ask for Morgana! Great service and cooks the food is always fresh and fast.

Nice beer selection and good food. The table service is consistently very slow. We love the wings, chicken wrap and tater tots. We also enjoy the trivia on Monday night.
Waited 15 minutes in a non busy day and servers walked by 6--7 times not acknowledging us at table. We had to ask for menus and they handed two and just walked away without a knowledging our needs at all. POOR servers and NO Service!! After another 10 minutes we stood up walked over and handed menus back to rude servers advising we were leaving for another Restaurant who wants our businessHow funny.. A TV crew doing a Review of restaurant just setup and I told them our experience in our way out!!!

Bar food and so so service. Met my nephew there for lunch. I bet it's more fun during the evening.
I really want this place to be better!! Food is good but Jesus the service is terrible! Waitress staff looks and acts like we are bothering them. We have waited 40min to get a bucket of beer for 5 people. We are getting the worst service ever! We only have so many options in little Sanford but this is terrible! We ordered chicken wings and soda and beer. The staff doesn't care they just expect people to wait and tip them this is terrible! They have no leadership if the owner was around to see this they can't be happy about this! It's a cool vibe even though it's a bulls bar

3rd time here and today the service was horrible. I was seated outside by choice and became the after thought with in of mins of being seated. My waited came off smug and not interested. I order fries and and chicken Cesar wrap with fries. I got the wrap no fries. No napkins placed on the table. I need more Cesar dressing had to go ask for. The same waiter made me wait while he finished what he was doing. I will come back I won’t eat if he’s here. Just horrible. By the way food kind of over priced for portion.

Staff was extremely rude! We sat down and waited 20 min for someone to take our order and when an employee finally came over to us to what we thought was to take our order instead decided to be rude. She rudely told us to move to the red table (one table over from us) because we had a dog with us. Instead of being polite and then asking if we wanted anything to drink. We would have had no problem moving as there was no signage that dogs need to be only outside or at the red tables if the employee was polite.Now three separate households that regularly spend money eating in downtown Sanford will never eat or spend money at The station bar & grub. And plan to make a point that our friends don’t either.
