For years I’ve been fighting with candy melts to make our cake pops. I’m telling you, I’m the one who fights with the Candy melts throwing so much away or putting in those ridiculous paramount crystals that are pretty disgusting. About a year ago, my neighbor and I discovered Sweet Chalet. They make the most delicious chocolate that melts perfectly for my cake pops and people are raving. They also sell food coloring that they make themselves as they do the chocolate. my kids will ask me to throw wafers in the microwave to melt and eat it by the spoonful or melt it into molds to make their own candy. This is the best chocolate!! And the family that owns and runs this place are so nice.

They're always willing to discuss their product, how to use, and provide recommendations. I typically use for boxes for my orders, and they always help make sure I have the right size for the # and size of cookies. Quite a bit of variety on hand, especially if you're a beginner. Check them out.

I stopped in here a few weeks ago to grab a few things last minute. I was in a rush but noticed they had a lot of awesome items. Today I went back in to look around a little more. They have so much awesome decorating items. The owner is absolutely the sweetest!! I live kind of far from the shop but definitely worth the drive or to order online.
