First time trying Tijuana Flats. The food was very good. Blackened chicken chimichanga and classic chicken quesadilla were flavorful and tender. We got an appetizer of salsa, guac, and queso that came with barely any tortilla chips, which was disappointing. The biggest downside was the price and service. $44 for just two meals, dips, and sauces felt way too expensive. Pickup service also wasn’t great. The guy was rude as soon as I said my name for the order? Because I didn’t leave a tip on a pickup order? I have no idea. Overall, the food tasted great, but between the cost and service, not sure if we’ll return.

Nothing came out correctly. The food was cold but the queso was hot. Chips and taco shells tasted stale. We go to a lot of Tijuana flats, this was a disappointment. I will update if next time is better.

Good food, not enough people working at 12 noon! Only 3 people, one taking orders, one putting orders together and one guy I assumed was a manager and he just kept walking in and out of kitchen area. Very slow to complete in restaurant orders and online orders!

Is there even a manager that works at this place? The bathroom looks like somebody has pissed on all four walls, and unfortunately for me, the girl behind the register doesn't listen and screwed up my order twice - she offered to remake it, but then wanted to charge me extra; I'm done with this place.
I ordered and paid for a burrito that I didn’t receive not receive with my order. The manager said she doesn’t get paid for uber eats orders which is ridiculously false! I’m not stupid! She kept hanging up on me instead of answering my question which was can I get what I paid for and didn’t receive another night? She just kept repeating that they don’t get money for uber eats and literally said they send free food out the door to uber eats. That’s insane! And not true! Need to add poor management to the list as well!

We wanted to give a shout out to this location. We had a big office party and Sunshine the GM and her team really came thru. The food was excellent and was ready when we requested. Even being on a day like Taco Tuesday where we know you guys are slammed, you knocked it out of the park. Thank you and we will certainly use your store in the future.
