I came to this restaurant recently and the young lady named Destiny went to the bathroom before me, but when I went in after her it was smokey like a vape or a weed pen had just been used. I am typically not one to complain but the smell of thc gives me really bad migraines and I also feel this is extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Isabella & Jayda were absolutely amazing. ❤️. I usually see Tyler or Landon, but today I was greeted by two beautiful smiles. I am not sure who opened this tropical smoothie Café, but this is definitely one of the best locations in the city! My smoothie and food items are always fresh and delicious. I will come here before I go anywhere else no matter how far I have to travel! Thank you management, and thank you staff for always being lovely and welcoming! Keep up the great work!

I ordered a PB PROTEIN CRUNCH BOWL and unfortunately it did not taste well. It was very dry, did not have much flavor, and had very little yogurt. Needless to say, it looked nothing like the picture. It was also extremely small in size and portion. You would think it was for a child.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about my recent order. I purchased the Baja Chicken and Chia Smoothie, and within 15 minutes of consuming them, I began vomiting. I believe I received food poisoning from this location and will not be ordering here again. To make matters worse, none of the items were sealed when my DoorDash order arrived, which raises serious food safety concerns. I contacted DoorDash for a full refund, but I was told I would need to go to the hospital in order to qualify for one. It makes no sense for me to incur $300–$2,000 in medical bills just to receive a $20 refund. I will be reporting this incident to the Florida Department of Health for further investigation. I still expect a full refund for this order, as I should not be financially responsible for becoming sick from your food.

last evening the lady with the long brown hair in a braid was very rude while taking my order and took a long time making my food.. she also was yelling at her coworkers and insulting them instead of making my food. i shall be going to another location for açaí bowls

The young lady with the long brown hair in a braid that took my order had an attitude and was super unprofessional. I really hope that this doesn’t happen again, because it made me feel unwelcome. Definitely taking my business somewhere else if I see her working upfront again.
