This Waffle House was clean and service was great. Food was hot and was delicious. Jerry our server offered more coffee and asked several times if we needed anything. His service was 5 stars and made our breakfast even better. Recommend this Waffle House!!

Waffle House is known for late night dine-in establishment with classic southern breakfast! I am deeply disappointed the location charging 20% additional charge for to go orders. Dine in area was closed as well. They are no longer open for dine-in

The staff here is very nice. I love Waffle House food so I judge waffle houses on the staff. This staff is very nice. Every time I eat here they make me and the people around me feel welcome. Other than the food to me a restaurant truly succeeds based on the staff making patrons feel like home while they eat.

I came in at 7:49 AM today, September 9th, to pick up my order. The customer service I received was unacceptable. The female employee at the counter was rude, unwelcoming, and acted as if assisting me was an inconvenience. She handed me my food without eye contact, rolled her eyes when I said “thank you,” and turned away without responding.
At no point was I greeted, and the overall experience was disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope management addresses this issue promptly. There were only two female employees present at the time, which should make it easy to identify who was involved.
This place is ridiculous... wrong order damn near every time and it seems as tho they are pocketing money. They not even putting down what you ordered on the receipt.. this shit is ridiculous... they used a calculator to calculate the order which is wierd to me.. $36 for what was supposed to be a bacon egg sandwich with hash browns and a chicken skillet. The owner really need to look into this. They was so busy trying to get back outside to hang out with whoever drives a limousine. I am done with this place forsure! And I'm pissed off..

I love me some Waffle House and its not even for the waffles, lol. I get either the hash brown bowl or the grits bowl both smothered and covered with eggs and sausage or bacon!!! You don't NEED to add any other seasoning, but I like black pepper added. Lawd, so good!!! The servers are always sweet and accurate, my order is always right!!!
