Stopped in late and I’m sure glad we did! Terra the cook was absolutely amazing!! By far the best double cheeseburger I’ve ever had at a Waffle House! Service was on point, just a great crew!

I came in here for breakfast and I had ordered The smothered and covered hash brown breakfast with the toast, sausage patties, and eggs evidently the waitress did not convey the proper order to the cook. So the onions did not come in the hash browns. The waitress definitely was untrained and too busy on her phone to worry about much of anything, there was a gentleman that was working there that ended up having to get my coffee, give me utensils to eat with, and let the cook know that he never gave me the onions in the hash browns. So what did he do? Well my hash browns and breakfast were getting cold, if you fried up some onions and they brought me nothing but the onions instead of the onions correctly in the hash browns. So I got to sprinkle some onions on top of my hash browns instead of having them recooked like they should have been. There was no pre-busing by the lady that was supposed to be my waitress, but when she left, the waitress that took over is the one that actually took care of me properly. And I want to thank the gentleman that had to get my coffee for me because not once until it was time for my waitress to leave, did she even come over to check on me. He had to do her job and get me silverware and refill my coffee and ask if there was anything else that I needed. I wish these restaurants would train their waitresses properly. It would make our experience, as customers a lot better. Plus this is the first restaurant I have ever walked in where the waitress is too busy sitting on her phone out in the front to do her job. It was actually pitiful. I've been in the restaurant business and I was a customer service trainer for many years and never have I known any restaurant that allowed the employees to be up front with the customers and have their back turned while they're scrolling or talking on their phone. And yes I had a double order of hash browns that it's not just one order of hash browns 😅 And that was another thing. Some restaurants cook the hash browns so much. They are kind of burnt unlike this restaurant that didn't cook the hash browns enough, but they were still edible and I just appreciate the fact that the gentleman that was out front filling up things and taking care of things noticed that I needed help and actually stepped in to do the job that the waitress did not. I also want to thank the waitress that was taking over because she was an excellent waitress

This Waffle House was clean and service was great. Food was hot and was delicious. Jerry our server offered more coffee and asked several times if we needed anything. His service was 5 stars and made our breakfast even better. Recommend this Waffle House!!
