by far the worst service I have ever received today. we placed a carry out order, which the sign clearly states that they are open for carry out only. I went to get the food and the doors are locked. I knocked 3xs for the person at the counter to look at me and ignore me. I had to get in line to get my food through the drive through which was a 35 minute wait from the time I checked in to pick up my food. Seriously always wondered why there was a line so long all the time. It is not the food, it is the service. The other night I got in line - 5 minutes per car. 5 minutes. By the time we got to the speaker we were asked to hold. And we sat there in silence for about 4 minutes before they even took the order.
