had to post this cause this is absolutely ridiculous I’ve never seen anything like it. Was in the drive thru about to pull up to the window when we get cut off by a Wendy’s employee (not in a vehicle btw) after she had just walked out of the door right by the drive thru window

Ordered on Uber Eats, received the 20 sauced nugget combo with a large fry. Received half fry’s out of a large, and 16 nuggets instead of 20. So either somebody was high on the job and not paying attention, or the driver ate partially the food and of course their policy thinks it doesn’t meet the “criteria” either way not good experience, and fries were cold.

I love Wendy's but this store must be in a distressed neighborhood, need code 4 bathrooms, no condiments without asking, I won't return to this store.

Outside ordering system AI was terrible. The chicken was tough to chew. But the worst part of it all was the bake potato see photo. Spent so much money and didn’t even enjoy. So disappointed 😔 would not recommend.

Honest Opinion
If I had the option to do lower than one star, I would’ve chosen that. This location has the worst worked who are rude, nasty and have very poor customer service. I Would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different location with better service. They should just close down this location.
