I went through the Wendy’s drive-thru today, and my experience was truly disappointing. From the start, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested, and instead of being friendly, they served me with a cold and unprofessional attitude.

The lady (blk w/ long Pony-tail) had the most condescending attitude I've ever experienced. I arrived between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. (please check your surveillance video) and after some difficulty placing the order using the automated system she requested something about the 2nd window... she said it so fast I stated my request to alter the window then she replied: PULL....(pause) AROUND....(pause) TO .....(pause) THE....(pause) SECOND...
