WORK

This is what I get for going through the drive-through late at night. But this is crazy. I fell asleep while I was sitting here so long. I’ve never had that happen before. It was interesting. But I still woke up before it was quite my turn.

I’m going to hope that it’s a corporate issue and they are just understaffed because of budget cuts or something. I have never sat so long in a drive-through. I’ve watched half of a TV show so I’ve been here for at least 15 minutes now. It is nighttime, but there are only three cars ahead of me and I’m estimating that it’s taking at least four minutes per car.

Very disappointing. Ordered a Chicken Ceasar wrap.....chicken was hard, barely any lettuce, wrapped poorly. Stated we were dining in and our food was 'to go' Dining area was dirty. Don't eat here.

The Jr Chesseburgers are horribly small. And the appearance of the guy working the drive through today was horrendous. The previous women who worked the window were always courteous and looked fast food professional. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I went through the Wendy’s drive-thru today, and my experience was truly disappointing. From the start, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested, and instead of being friendly, they served me with a cold and unprofessional attitude. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order, even though the line wasn’t very long. When I finally received my food, it was cold and poorly presented. On top of that, my order wasn’t even complete; the fries I requested were missing. When I tried to report the issue, the person who attended me was unhelpful and showed no intention of fixing the problem. Honestly, I expected a much higher standard from Wendy’s. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon unless the drive-thru experience improves significantly.

Not only was I asked to pull past the line for an online order that was placed with time, but I got raw food. My family and I pulled right to a spot you’d think after waiting food would be hot and we didn’t leave but yet it was raw for all the chicken in sandwiches and nuggets. We all threw up asked for refund and the suggestion was laughed off. Never have had this kind of experience. A refund of 16$ could have prevented all this instead they chose to be nasty. 🤢

What I hate about these fast food restaurant they are in there to make money when people put their order in they should get their order right I looked in my bag to make sure I had everything but I forgot I ordered a meal Dave single and I didn't get the fries and I did not realize that until I got home then the machine that takes the order gives you stuff that you do not ask for so the lady had to correct that and she still did not give me the receipt for me to check for myself which I thought the receipt was in the bag then I asked for extra dressing did not get that I get upset when there is nothing done right and I pay whatever they ask for

Horrible customer service from the supervisor. Said supervisor was upset because of a mistake and didn't want to correct it at all, let alone properly, and was very rude and dismissive.

I was picking up a mobile order. The employee was professional & patient. They had my order done & out to me within 8 mins. I was surprised cause other locations usually take forever & I have a long wait time.
