After we placed our order painstakingly long through the AI screen, our 3 items without meals came out to just about $30. I arrived at the window and was not greeted, only given my amount. I paid, and when we got our food I asked for an extra ranch as we had order a chicken ranch club, and it looked dry. The young lady at the window responded with horrendous attitude snapping back like I had just asked for the impossible stating that there was an upcharge for sauce.

Sadly this location used to be the one we went out of our way to go to as they had better food and service, but our last few visits have been met with increasingly bad service, wrong orders, attitude when attempting to correct them, and filthy dining rooms with empty condiments, etc.

On one occasion, I ordered two son of baconator, and they came with one beef patty, and when I complained about it, they didn't do anything. On a different occasion, I waited by the register, and nobody came to take my order. I ended up leaving. The service at the Sanford location has gotten really bad lately.

Waited two and a half hours for my food to get delivered because it was allegedly already picked up and then one of my burgers had mayo when I requested it without it and on TOP of that I had no sweet and sour sauce in my bag when I requested it with two combos.
