PRE ordered wings for Superbowl Sunday (days before) for 6 pm. Got to the location and had to wait pretty much an hour before my order was ready.
Pretty standard for this location, but expected better with it being a pre order.

This Wingstop location is down to the ground. The wait time is excessive and the food is undercooked. Every time I go.The service is always slow and rude. Vermin walking around.

I order a regular fries but recieve a celery and Carrot size basket of fries . Wtf is that!?!?! On top of that it wasn't even filled up it was half the size. They were also old fries that literally look like shoes strings! All i wanted was extra crispy fries with hot honey dry rub seasoning instead I got a soggy, old, soft celery and Carrot basket of fires

I want to recognize Diamond J. the wing expert that completed my order. My fries were seasoned as asked and boneless wings were perfect size and seasoned well. So many times I’ve gotten small half seasoned pieces. I just want to recognize her 😊

I love Wing Stop, but after visiting this store last week for an $18 lunch, which i walked in and ordered and waited for (20mins) I can say that the fresh fries were undercooked and just limped right over when I picked them up. The wings were OK....tasted like a tin can which was weird. Employees could give a crap from what I witnessed waiting for my food. I'll give them another try and review again

Rude staff. Rude girl with the exaggerated lashes couldn’t give me my order even tho it was just sitting there to take care of another customer. The order was already ready and would have taken two seconds but she wanted to give poor service. Another girl from the back was way nicer and gave it and it took 1 freaking second. I’ll never eat here just cause of her !

I ordered online but when I got there I saw they were a little backed up, so I asked the cashier how long on my order and she said 20 mins. No big deal, 20 mins later I had my order. The wings were crispy and nicely sauced . I asked them over the phone to make my chicken sandwich plain and sauce on the side and they did it👍. Very good wings and chicken sandwiches, I got lemon pepper, hot original, and hot honey rub wings.
