Their ice cream is good, the service is fine. But I would not recommend ordering coffee I went in the middle of my work break to get a latte and I said iced latte with chocolate flavor and the guy was confused of what I meant and said I could do that even tho The menu stated latte and said I could pick a syrup flavor. He then made the coffee filled it with way to much milk and not enough Chocolate sauce and then put it in the blender with ice which is not at all what an ice latte is. This review was solely based on one visit normally they are good and have good ice cream.

I live in Sanford and I really want to love this place but we went in there yesterday and it was dirty. I understand that the marshmallows calls everything to be covered in a light white dust. But the floor look like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Especially on a Saturday they need to make sure that the employees are wiping everything down because at first I thought it was real dust and my husband said it's probably from the marshmallows but it was everywhere. We tried the ice cream and I wasn't a fan and left the greasy film on the roof of my mouth. I will come back one day and try the make your own s'more. Hopefully it'll be clean By then.

There were two clearly labeled vegan flavors today: Peppermint Mocha and Key Lime Pie. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the portions were great. The ice cream was average.

This was seriously the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. Left a greasy film in my mouth. Did not taste good. The ice cream was not creamy, seemed over churned. And we tasted multiple flavors and all got different flavors, all sucked. Unfortunate waste of money because we threw them all away.

I'm here at 9:38 and they have their closed sign up with the doors open and refused to serve me, even though I called and they said they were open until 10pm... does the owner know they close early and treat the customers like garbage? Will never be coming back again for how they treated me.
