$ 13.35 for a mediocre waffle cone and scoop ? The cone was rock hard, the mint chocolate chip was ok, but nothing to write home about. A tad pricey for what it was.....Thank you, but no thank you.

The ice creams are a delight, the service is very good, I give it 4 stars only because the cleaning is not good, the place is very dirty, the bathroom, the dust, it lacks the detail of cleaning

First Time and Last TimeAttitude Attitude and AttitudeThe lady that was at front was very rude to me and my kids,I felt so disrespected by herShe did not have any costumer service training whatsoever, her face says it all, instead of having a nice time with my family, it turn out to be super sour for us, the ice cream was not good at allWe ended up throwing it all to the trash. If you want to have to spend a nice time with your family or friends avoid this place at all costI prefer to drive a little be more farther than to come to this place again.

Ice cream was great but the vibe left me feeling awkward. I went in with my 5 year old who currently is opposed with an ice cream song from mother goose club (even though she doesn’t like ice cream). As she was singing this song the girl making our cones comments on how hyper she is and how great it was to add the ice cream to it. My daughter was standing in one place, singing a song, waiting for her ice cream cone… the comment was unnecessary. The girl wasn’t trying to be funny either because she had a passive aggressive attitude that could be felt as soon as she stepped out from the back. Not a fun experience.

Various flavor options in both ice cream and marshmallows. Patient and friendly staff. Super sundae that consists of a custom smore and 2 scoops of ice cream and 2 toppings comes in at a great value and is a delicious and fun mix. May be too sweet for some, but I enjoyed everything about it.

A marshmallow paradise! They have so many options of ice cream AND marshmallows! You can make a s'more, get ice cream, or do a super s'more with both! They have seasonal flavors which is great and I got to try their bourbon mallow with my sundae which was amazing. Service was good and they were patient while we decided on our combo for the day. It is in the heart of downtown Sanford so there is lots to see while you are around.

The food which is really ice cream was nice. It was cool to have different flavors. The service is nice and the ambiance is good. It's located in downtown Sanford

Service is everything! Thus place was recommended. We walked in and there was a line, no problem. Got greeted very nicely by one of the young ladies (the one who had half blondehalf dark hair). The people infront of us got samples of marshmallows and ice cream. Which was allowed by the same young lady who greeted us.When it got to our turn we got the "other person" we asked if we can sample (just like the others) and in a rude and snotty response she said "well there is a line, so... I guess, but hurry". There was a line before we tried and after and noone else got told or treated like this. This person (female and dark hair) I can't call her a young lady for she didn't act like a lady.I'm not sure why she was rude, but we walked out. This is unacceptable.

This place is overpriced for the quality and taste of their ice cream. I will not come back again

If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out! My husband and I stopped in to get a quick ice cream fix, and I can say hands down, we had the BEST milkshake of our lives. We chose cookies and cream which tasted like a liquid Oreo. Half way home we debated going back as we no longer wanted to share just one. Make a quick stop, check it out. Your life isn’t complete until you’ve made a visit.

I so wanted to love this place. We moved here over two years ago and have visited several times. Unfortunately the quality of the ice cream is very poor. The texture is strange and the flavors lack taste. It’s just not good. Do they buy it or make it in house? I don’t know, but whichever it is, they should change. The ice cream at the place in Henry’s depot is not as convenient but the ice cream there is excellent.

Good Morning WondermadeWe are winery owners, and we aimed to find a selection of marshmallows that would pair with our current offerings. Last night, 18 Nov 2023, we visited your store looking to find that selection. It was around 6 pm, and a set of immature young women were working behind the counter; they said come on in and look around; we also have free samples on the counter. We thanked them and started to browse. There was no one in the store other than myself, my wife, and our pairing selection team members. I found the area where the samples were provided; I saw them labeled in small Tupperware containers. I was there for quite a while, and no one offered to help me. This is where I made a mistake, which I apologized for. I opened a Cookie & cream and tried one, then did the same for the salted caramel. (I must have gotten the attention of the occupied teenagers). My wife asked how the marshmallows were when one of the teenage employees approached and scolded me for touching and rearranging the Tupperware containers. I apologized and explained that I did not know the sampling procedure, I have a vision impairment, and no one offered to help me. Another teenage employee began whispering to the other, telling her I had tasted the samples. I may not be able to see well, but my hearing is exceptional. IF SHE SAW I WAS INTERESTED, WHY DID SHE NOT HELP ME? Regardless, my wife then saw the 1x2 inch red folded paper with a printed label stating do not touch boxes. It is what happened next that was uncalled for, rude and embarrassing. Your teenage employee demanded that I leave the premises! I apologized, asked what I could do to make it right, and once again, she told me to go.Moral of the story. I will never assume that I will be welcomed in your store when I visit the City of Sanford. Nor will I ever consider buying your products for our winery & stocking our tasting rooms with your treats. My suggestion: If you continue to have your business staffed with teenagers, properly train them in customer service. If you want to avoid customers picking up the Tupperware of marshmallows so they can read them, put them behind the counters. If you allow sampling, ensure that your employees are attentive and proactive, and most importantly, don't insinuate that a customer is a thief for tasting the goods. It could cost you dearly in a civil lawsuit for defamation of character, wrongful accusation, discrimination of the visual handicap, and a list that I'm sure our legal team could assemble. My apology: Once again, I made a wrong choice to pick up what was in front of me to read it, more so to sample without demanding that some teenage employee take time out of their socializing with each other to help me.Good day and good luck.

Great ice cream spot in downtown Sanford. They offer samples of their different unique styles of ice cream. I enjoy the small 2 scoop cookie dough & peanut butter. I like how they're generous with the scoop size. Will be back next time I have a craving :)

Great ice cream. Indulged with this banana pudding and and cookie dough flavors, both were great. The staff were very friendly, greeted you upon entry and weren't stingy with the samples. Will definitely return.
