Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Super disappointed normally I love this place but recently they’ve been messing up every single order, One night I ordered the nibbler’s. They came with no sauce on them. Another night I ordered the wings, barely any sauce on them and they gave me the wrong drink. They gave me lemonade instead of peach tea and tonight They gave me teriyaki wings instead of hot honey mustard

First time trying this place. I ate there at lunch, I got there tenders with garlic buffalo sauce and it was really good, service in the drive thru was amazing as well, the lady explained the menu well! Definitely will be back!

My husband just went there to get food for our family and I’m telling you it’s the first time I’m trying it and I wasn’t thrilled with the chicken tenders. Idk if it was a mistake but the chicken was so salted that I couldn’t even eat it. If they put the extra salt they should’ve thrown the batch of chicken away. What a waste of money .
Never again.

The employees need to read the order correctly. I ordered a spicy chicken meal, fries with extra seasoning and a drink with no ice. When I got home the chicken sandwich did not look like the picture. It was a tiny piece of chicken over powered by the bun, it looked more like a chicken bite inside the bun. The fries did not have extra seasoning and the drink was full of ice to the top. Overall the bite size chicken was good. I DO NOT recommend the chicken sandwich if you are hungry.

I ordered 20 of their hottest traditional wings. They informed me they didn't have Insane sauce, so i settled for nuclear. The wings were overcooked, and they were all drums, no flats. Their nuclear sauce was not spicy enough to my taste for hot wings. The dining room was clean, and the staff was friendly, but the wings were subpar.

Checked food right after leaving drivethru ,everything was lukewarm, been sitting awhile. Chicken was chewy, fries were cold, coke was watered down. All in all, terrible meal.

Fresh chicken every time. I have to mention the outstanding excellent service from Kayla, she ALWAYS greets me with a smile. My order is always right.

Just got food from the Sanford Location. I didn’t know that “burnt” was on the food description when I it came to the rolls for my sandwiches.

Staff the store with enough people so your drive thru line isn't literally all the way out of the parking lot.
