Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Just got food from the Sanford Location. I didn’t know that “burnt” was on the food description when I it came to the rolls for my sandwiches.

Staff the store with enough people so your drive thru line isn't literally all the way out of the parking lot.

had to wait for a salad for more than 10 min i finally went inside to figure out what was going on . The girl at the register told me that they were waiting on a manager to tell them what to do because they were missing things for the salad. all they were out of was the salad plate . they could have done better communicating that instead of having me wait now 15 or more on my 30min lunch break

I used to frequent this location. The quality and service at this location has gone down the drain. the fried pickles I ordered were horribly overcooked and inedible. what a waste of my time and money. will not be back to this location.

The food isn't bad but this most recent experience there was super disappointing. So disappointing that i had to write a review. the service there has never been amazing and who gives a crap bc the food was pretty good. Sadly the taste and quality of the food they sell isn't what it was. One again, the food isn't bad but selling old fries and overcooked chicken is not how you keep customers. I would say their main problem is consistency bc i've had hot and fresh food from here but too many recent experiences with poor quality food have turned me away from here. Give it a try but don't be shocked when ur unsatisfied with the food.

EVERY TIME I order through Uber eats from here I have stuff missing. I have given it 4 chances and I’m never ordering from here again. I’m always missing drinks and or meals. They are rude every time I talk to them. They told me just today “we had a manger over see the food” which in that case isn’t true because they would have seen stuff is missing. They try to blame the driver every time like I don’t think a driver every single time would be messing up an order. Honestly it’s not that hard I know it’s a bigger order but if you work there you should know how to actually work including how to properly bag up orders and read a receipt. On the receipt it does show you everything that is needed fries chicken sauce and drink again not that hard. The GM needs to be aware of what lazy employees and managers are doing because it’s ridiculous how they mess up in a job that isn’t hard to begin with.

I was very disappointed when I ordered my dinner through the drive-thru. Had to pull around the building to park and wait for my food to be cooked. I waited out there for at least 15 to 20 minutes before I had to go inside to ask where is my food. I was told it was just coming out. The store was busy and people were being served inside I don't know if the drive-thru people waiting were forgotten or not. When I got home I opened up the order and this is what my toast look like I was very upset and how the food was and disgusted that my toast was completely burnt. Zaxby's is usually pretty decent I go there quite often but very upset on this drive-thru run. Would love to show you a photo of my burnt toast that was black but this website will not let me add a photo even though it says add photo!!!!

The staff were awesome! Very friendly and polite. However, food needs help! Wings were warm, at best and I could tell that they were cooked a while before my order, as they were also chewy. They discontinued the insane wing sauce, so I settled for nuclear. The space tasted like frank red hot, with a strong, vinegar taste. Won't be back

Can't go past 2 fries soggy 1 of sandwiches was made wrong no sauce packets I asked for no ice in tea trainwreck and place literally dozens of don't feed to ducks every where comical and it was slow no one there asked us to pull around to side of building bout 20 mins so idk I was excited to fo too had been like 4yrs since I'd been in nc and it was 32 bucks and no strawberry dip sauce

Be careful if you use DoorDash with them. I didn’t receive part of my order and DoorDash refused a refund!! Even when I submitted photos right after I opened the bag that was sealed. So I know the dasher didn’t take it!!

The tea urns tastes like it hasn't been cleaned recently. Walking in and being the only one in the lobby for 4 minutes and had 4 employees look at me and never acknowledged me, we were on our way out when the manager came from the back and asked if we'd been helped yet. Customer service needs some serious addressing

Drive through is ridiculously slow, and the food is expensive. 2 salads and 2 drinks was $35.
