Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We ordered through the app to have our food ready by 645 pm. Arrived at about 641 and figured I would be a little early. My wife went in to find out that they had forgot our order. Nearly 20 minutes later my wife said that people that were coming in behind her were getting their food but the girls upfront had to keep telling the guys in back to make our order. A few minutes later she finally came out with our food. The whole point to the app is time management which is why you pick what time you want your food ready. If I wanted to wait I would have just went through the drive through and ordered. Do better Zaxby's.

The food here is extremely salty and hardly edible..especially the fries. I ended up throwing away all of my food because it was just overkill. I ordered the 4 piece chicken fingers and their fried pickles. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the fried pickles, everything else was trash. On top of that, whoever was at the drive thru was pretty damn rude and I guess they just hate their job. I refuse to go back to this location, wait times are ridiculous from past experiences, and just nasty customer service. No thank you!

I have to say this staff is truly ex because I came here 3 minutes before closing and they took my order. I have been at other chains where they just stopped taking order 10 minutes before closing. This is a true testimony of management and staff working together so service others. As always the food is really good

Flavor is great, chicken and potatoes fried to perfection, coleslaw is just how I like it . My service was very pleasant. She looked at me smiled she actually engaged with me. So I would say great customer service.

We are still here eating. Sim is amazing! This is our first time here. We will definitely be back just because of her. She helped us with the menu and picking out what would be the best option for our family! Can't wait to come back just to see her.

Super disappointed normally I love this place but recently they’ve been messing up every single order, One night I ordered the nibbler’s. They came with no sauce on them. Another night I ordered the wings, barely any sauce on them and they gave me the wrong drink. They gave me lemonade instead of peach tea and tonight They gave me teriyaki wings instead of hot honey mustard

First time trying this place. I ate there at lunch, I got there tenders with garlic buffalo sauce and it was really good, service in the drive thru was amazing as well, the lady explained the menu well! Definitely will be back!

My husband just went there to get food for our family and I’m telling you it’s the first time I’m trying it and I wasn’t thrilled with the chicken tenders. Idk if it was a mistake but the chicken was so salted that I couldn’t even eat it. If they put the extra salt they should’ve thrown the batch of chicken away. What a waste of money .
