This was by far the worst chicken sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. It has genuinely ruined my appetite for the next 2 weeks. This is not allowed to be called food.

I like the tenders and traditional wing combo. Unfortunately there is a lack of consistency with fries. The Insane sauce was awesome but for some reason is no longer available ?.

Drive thru staff is great, but man, it’s like as time passes, the kitchen staff gets worse. The quality just isn’t good at times. I spend an extra few bucks to go large, and i get less food that i would if i just kept it a regular meal. Yall need to fire whoever is running the kitchen on 2nd shift and hire new crew. Nothing worse than spending nearly 15 bucks on a meal, only to get 5 bucks worth of food

Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 min and no one was ordering or moving. Called and they said they were busy inside so drive thru had to wait. Horrible customer service! Then when I tried to order a side of egg rolls they said they only had them for the salad. After waiting so long you would think I could get the 2 egg rolls with no issue. Truly horrible management and customer service. It wasn’t even busy and I waited and wasted my time for nothing lol.

Our first time eating at a Zaxby's.We were waited on promptly. Staff was courteous. Food was hot and good. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.I hope all Zaxby Restaurants are as good as this one.Thanks for nice dining in experience.

Typically it's good but tonight it was horrible. Chicken was like rubber as if it had been cooked and sat for some time. Tomatoes in the salads were like mush and uneditiable . Horrible and won't be back.
