Tre Nice was amazing! She gave phenomenal service. It always sucks being in an airport for a while, but she made the experience better. Also, the food was good and reasonably priced, especially for an airport. Much appreciated

They ignored me for 5 minutes standing there.....so I grabbed an item and walked to the register. (I honestly thought it was self service since they were standing their for 5 minutes in silence.)
They said "how did you get that?" I grabbed it since I was being ignored for 5 minutes. (they had it in a slider display which was open). No apologies, no friendly words they just sold me the snack with a frown. Wow, Get a Clue Lady! its called customer service! If some one is standing there looking at your product....OFFER TO SELL IT TO THEM! lol

Ladies ignored us for 5-10mins talking with each other. Then when asked to split payment we gave the exact price to split and they still put in whatever they wanted. No customer service at all. Will never stop at again. If I could rate a big fat 0 I would have. The only thing that saved them was the food was decent.

Uncaring and disrespectful employees. They don't care about there jobs at all. Hateful for going to the counter that's designated ORDER HERE and just flared at me for not understanding. Then seemed very annoyed when all I asked for was a muffin for my wife

Line typically moves steadily.
The cortados at $4 reasonable for airport but absolutely fantastic. Def some of the best in business.
Staff friendly.

Tried them waiting to depart SFB. Ordered a cuban sandwich and cortado. The line was relatively short and they moved through it steadily. The cuban was pre-made under a heat lamp so quickly served and the coffee didn't take long at all. A tad pricy I felt for the sandwich quality and size but it is an airport so usually it's more expensive anyway.Did not enjoy the sandwich. Took a few bites to ease the stomach and discarded the rest. The coffee I did enjoy though. It was a bit too sweet for me and I couldn't finish, but I would recommend for a quick pick me up.

Better than average for airport food
At the spot where Cheeseburger Cheeseburger and Cinnabon used to be, I was surprised to find Cinnabon closed. However, I was warmly welcomed by two friendly women. After placing my order, they informed me of the wait time, and I waited patiently. The queue grew rapidly, but they efficiently served everyone, engaging in small talk that customers appreciated. Their menu offered a variety of items. I tried their beef empanadas, which were quite enjoyable - the crust was light and fluffy, and the filling was flavorful and generous. I'll definitely try more of their offerings in the future. Despite missing Cinnabon, it's a great addition to the airport's offerings.

Leaving for an 8am flight stopped for a cappuccino. The worst coffee I've had. Tasted burnt. Already on plane before I tried it. Just over $6 for a horrible coffee. Service was quick and friendly.

Empanada was decent. The ham egg and cheese sandwich was mediocre. The service was poor. The employees have a special gift of making you feel pretty unwelcomed at their establishment and have mastered the “I would really like to be anywhere else but here” attitude. This place should maybe look into hiring people that know how to say things like, “Hi” or “Thank you/You’re welcome” or “Look, can we get this over with so I can get back to smiling and laughing and giving free food to my friends, because paying customers are the worst.” Anyway, I recommend whatever empanada they felt like stocking on the shelf that day. It will be of mild consolation once the employees disdainfully drain your bank account.
