As of Oct. 2023, Unfortunately not open since Ian came through. Maybe in near future it will rebuild, or maybe another new restaurant will appear
I love their chicken sandwiches the chicken is so good, and the fries were great, and it didn't take long at all and i got the vanilla blizzard and it was amazing i would 100% go there again.
Food was over priced and sub-par. We were overcharged and when my fiancee tried to discuss the mistake the server was rude & argumentative. I would not recommend the Sanibel Dairy Queen. Save your time, money, & taste buds and scout out a better option... I wish I could give it 0 stars....

It's a dump!! Stay away....go to Love boat!!! Over one month period they had no swirl ice cream. Servers seemed like the were being punished having to work here. Just sad!!
I love any DQ! This was a little different than the norm...you walk up and order outside from a window, still great though!
Typical fast food
Great counter service....quick turnaround on food order. Chili cheese dog very good...fries excellent..and chicken tasty and hot..Nice little spot for quick lunch
We walked 20 minutes to get some DQ. Ordered onion rings that were served unedible and not fit for human consumption. After making the staff aware they did offer to make a fresh batch, but at that point I requested a refund (which they did provide). Obviously customers are not their top priority of this establishment.ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
This is our exit from the island every year we come to Sanibel. They are always quick and friendly.

Ice cream was more like whipped cream than soft serve. Didn’t like it at all. Ordered hot fudge sundae not realizing it was just ice cream in a cup with hot fudge dumped on one side, no peanuts, whipped cream or cherry.
Let's face it, if you go there, you know what to expect. Nothing fancy's and you get soft serve ice cream and support local teens working what is probably their first job.
Best and only fast food restaurant on the island. Great ice cream.
Not amazing and also not bad. The walk up and outside seating reminded me of my childhood. Our line was pretty slow, but the other window was super fast.
The coolest! These guys go out of their way every time to make sure my kids have fun. They love what they do and they make the best Sunday’s
