We were the second people in line. There was a party of four after us they got all of their sandwiches before we got our two toasted bagels. The guy behind the counter was short and rude and unaccommodating. The coffee was cold. Also put the condiment cover on the floor and then placed it back on top of the condiments. How unsanitary

Stopped here for breakfast on a bike ride through the island. Place was super clean, the employee was kind and helpful and the food was great and well priced.
I ate outside on the patio and enjoyed the breeze and the passers by. They sell lunch, too, so I’ll have to go again.

There are lots of excellent home-made deli choices (sandwiches, salads, pizzas and other items to-go. There are also some basic grocery items like drinks, beer, wine, coffee, pasta/sauce, etc. The sandwiches and salads are great for take-out lunch (or dinner), and the grocery items will save you a trip to the supermarket.

We absolutely love East End Deli!!! It's a tradition for us to grab some sandwiches and go to the beach. Literally, every time we are here we do this. Today was no exception. Still the best sandwich ever.

Been here 11 yrs & for some reason never noticed this place. Its directly across the road from the famous Pinocchio's Ice Cream on Sanibel. Once we noticed it, we stopped for sandwiches for cooler, while enroute to Lighthouse Beach. They have their list of standards on the board menu, but very accommodative to making ur custom order. Tell them it's going in the cooler, as they did a phenomenal job of wrapping it up to prevent water seepage. Very friendly service, & cute looking place if eating in. Very reasonable prices for a great sandwich on Sanibel. Best kept secret so far 😉😎
