“We are on a girls weekend trip, we came across Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream on our first night and it was so delicious that we had to go back on our second night. Our dinner plans ran over and we pulled in to Pinocchio's at 9:02pm. We were greeted by the sweetest employees Maddy & Talon. They let the five of us in and served us with a smile! We were in and out in less than 5 or so minutes. They made our night!! We made sure to tip well! We likely will go back for our third and final night on the island!“

“We will be thinking about this night and this meal for a long time. We sat at the chef's table which overlooks the kitchen. Chef Pierre along with his son Mateo and Mateo's friend Matt kept us well fed and entertained the entire meal. We got the 830 reservation which meant that we closed the place down and we had a great time doing it. The Foie gras was so good. It melted in our mouths. The french onion soup was rich and flavorful. My brother in law and I had the Fisherman's Pot. It was incredible. The addition of champagne lightens the dish and takes it to a whole other level. And while the food was fantastic, the hospitality was even better. By the end of the night we had gotten travel tips for our daughter who was soon to travel to Paris and felt like we had 3 new friends. Our server was wonderful as well. He guided us through the meal with a deft hand. We can't wait to go back!! Don't miss the chance to go if you are in the area!“

“Well for starters the escargot, raw oysters, and oysters Rockefeller were out of this world. Both the red and white clam chowder were like perfection in a bowl. My entrée was the baked stuffed shrimp and hands down AMAZING. Our waitress was YO and she knew everything about the history of the restaurant to the menu. I was very interested in the collection of oyster shells on the walls and she explained that as well. TEN STARS !!! I recommend to anyone who loves fresh seafood and visits Sanibel Island.“

“Found Barunch via The Festival of Lights. They did beautiful takeout boxes for us, and the Chopped Cheese and Chicken Caesar Wrap were both excellent! We have since dined in, and another wonderful experience. Only wish that they were open longer! :)“

“I was there with 3 friends on 9/10/22. One of the best meals ever! Our server, Antonio, was wonderful. He took great care of us, made us laugh, and made us feel so welcome. Beautiful setting with the best view of the beach. Wish I could eat there every night, and have Antonio serve us. Grade A“
