On our recent trip to Cape Coral my family stopped by at Gramma Dot's Restaurant for lunch initially, and then we had to go back for dinner as well. The highlight was the basket of fish and chips (also served as lunch for dinner). The fish was fresh, lightly breaded, and absolutely delicious. We also had the Captain's Key Lime Pie which is made in house and was scrumptious.
The place opens at 11:30am. We got there at 11:25am and there was a line of about 30 people. As soon as the place opened, they seated everyone within 5 minutes. Our server was very sweet and welcoming. She took our orders quickly and brought us drinks right away. She also refilled our drinks twice during the hour that we dined.
