This is a very good liquor store. Their prices are almost similar to Winn Dixie spirits. You can find almost all the Whiskeys, Rum and Vodkas here. I didn't expect this place to be this good near Sanibal Islands.

DeSantis just made it illegal for Sanibel merchants to try and enforce masks. I'm loving it Mask nazis. Almost the whole island, but especially Huxter's. Run by boomers who do not treat visitors nicely. I suggest you read the article. MASKS DO NOT WORK and those of us with asthma cannot wear them.

These are good people... Sanibel is my favorite place in the US to relax and unplug and on this particular trip, I was having a terrible morning. After spending 5 min in Huxter's Liquor, I was smiling and my day was made. The woman running the register was kind in a way that you don't experience much in this world that we are living in. Thank you VERY much for the customer service and personal touch that you give to those visiting the area. Sanibel Island has my heart and people like the owners/management at Huxter's are a big part of why I feel that way. Keep doing what you do. My family is very grateful.

Love everything about this store - staff, selection, service. They turned me on to this amazing margarita mix. RIPE. It’s in the cooler by the front door. A must have for any Florida vacation or staycation. Makes the freshest, most delicious cocktail. All natural, low in calories, carbs, sugar. It tastes like I juiced it myself. Please don’t ever run out!

Friendly and helpful staff, offering the down-low on local attractions while you're shopping. Their liquor selection was extensive with top to bottom shelf choices for all budgets. They had a decent selection of wine, bubbly and beer... and even some craft cocktail ingredients. Worth a looksee. They even had Hopslam!
