Food was good, but very much a small town diner meal. Price was high for the quality. Pie was FANTASTIC and I would pay for that all the time. Overall a cute place.

Kid-friendliness: Good options on the kids menu. Has a family restroom as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to navigate and at least one restroom is easy to maneuver.
If looking for the best breakfast in the world it’s certainly NOT Lighthouse Cafe on Sanibel! Here are several local restaurants with breakfasts much better: Rosie’s Breakfast Cafe in N. Ft. Myers, Perfect Cup on Matlacha, House of Omlets in Cape Coral, Biggies in Ft. Myers. Lighthouse Cafe had friendly staff, and a nice vibe BUT , the food was very disappointing! I think I wrote this last visit, but the cranberries added to a waffle should be hydrated well before adding them to the waffle batter. By not doing this….they are tough, dry, and unappetizing.
Also….there are some items that do not retain heat, and need to be delivered promptly to insure hot food. Waffles….are one of them.
Mine was underwhelming.
Servers were hustling, but someone needs to circulate with a coffee pot.
