Easily accessible from the Main Road, plenty of Free Parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The Shop was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.

Great Little Ice Cream shop, plenty of Flavors to choose from and they are Delicious 😋.

The portions were more than ample and in our opinion the prices were fair.

The two young men working Tuesday 6/24 are disrespectful and don’t need to be working with general public. The Spanish/asian looking kid especially was rude and has no business working with people. Won’t be back here

This review is based on experience and wait time. Hire more kids to work here. There’s only two teenagers working and waiting 25 mins for a scoop of ice cream is never fun.

The ice cream was amazing and the prices were excellent. The girl working the counter was super sweet and cheerful but the guy helping her (pictured) came across very rude and obviously just wanted to get out of there. The other customers in line were saying the same thing as we walked out. He’s the only reason for the 4 star instead of a 5 🤷🏻‍♂️🍦🍨

We are on a girls weekend trip, we came across Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream on our first night and it was so delicious that we had to go back on our second night. Our dinner plans ran over and we pulled in to Pinocchio's at 9:02pm. We were greeted by the sweetest employees Maddy & Talon. They let the five of us in and served us with a smile! We were in and out in less than 5 or so minutes. They made our night!! We made sure to tip well! We likely will go back for our third and final night on the island!

Very good ice cream. Lots of flavors to choose from. Enjoy the classics or go with their originals such as sanibel crunch. They do shakes, sundaes, and they give you a generous amount of ice cream. Haven't had a bad flavor yet and price is well worth it. Only complaint is sometimes they could use another staff member scooping ice cream it can be a little bit of a wait but it is worth the wait.

We stumbled across this place and boy am I glad we did. Service was outstanding and ice cream was even better. The kids working here gave a great description of each flavor we asked about and offered samples. Very affordable quality ice cream. The Cookie Butter Ice Cream is outstanding.
