this place now calls itself the BRGR restaurant as it has renewed itself after recovery from the hurricane Ian as part of the Sanibel Island Resort. They place is beautiful and a new favorite of mine. Had a Black and Bleu burger (relates to the name of the restaurant) with cole slaw and it was excellent! Very high quality, done just right, tasted wonderful and included bacon in the burger. Tried fries from one of our party and they were exceptional, great taste and crunch. Our server was friendly and took great care of our party. we parked our bikes at the rack behind the restaurant in the area where the parking lot leads back to palms and passes their pool (with bar) toward the path to the beach where they have lounge chairs that they furnish to guests on the beach that has recently had its sand replenished by the island. A great visit, we'll be back.

The food was good. I had the island chicken. Didn’t have my first choice of food or drink. Ran out. Not an inspiring place. Little ambiance. Decor was blah. Few patrons. Not a great meeting place.

Food quality not as expected. Lobster chowder was disappointing, and strawberry salad was lacking in flavor. It seemed like a cafeteria salad with artificial dressing, minimal goat cheese, not worth the price. The salad was almost as lacking as our server’s table manners. Coconut shrimp was delightful. Quality of service declined when the waitress realized we weren’t ordering drinks or enough entrees.

Very nice, fancy restaurant. A little out of my price budget so I'm glad I didn't have to pay ?. Mostly burger and fish/seafood options. So for someone who's very picky when it comes to meats and then allergic to seafood, my only option was a salad. But it was still a good salad. Alcoholic drink options as well. The Sanibel was very sweet.

I can't speak to this restaurant except for a breakfast there (we were staying at the hotel). Nothing wrong with it whatsoever, except pricey, like everything else in this part of Florida it seems (you know, two eggs, two pieces of bacon, one slice of toast - over $10). Very nice ambience especially if you sit on the side overlooking the garden with the pine..
This place was gross, it was so slow but yet it took forever to get our food. The server asked if we wanted our food all at once. Yes. One persons food took way longer then everyone else. Food was cold and gross. All of the drinks were gross even the lemonade. Some of the staff was nice some were not. I wouldn’t even consider coming back ever. They didn’t even have menus for us. They gave us like gross used menus and then gave us nicer menus after we ordered. The bathrooms were gross and unsanitary, seems like a bad management problem.OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION, THE COCONUT SHRIMP WAS 16$ AND WE ONLY GOT 4 SHRIMP WHAT A FREAKING RIP

Over priced and the food wasn't very good. Stopped in to order some dinner and they only have like 6 entrée selections to order from. Lobster bisque was ordered and there was no lobster in it, literally nothing in the soup. The clam chowder had no clams or potatoes in the soup either. It was just soup. The calamari was most definitely microwaved as it was soft and chewy with no flavor. So for a small bowl of lobster bisque, small bowl of clam chowder and a microwaved order of calamari my bill was $46.75. ABSOLUTLY not worth that price!

Terrible! Do not waste your money!. Just got 3 appetizers it was $43 dollars and NO flavor at all, calamari very bland, lobster bisque tasted and looked like there was NO Lobster even in it and the clam chowder was VERY fishy! We left and did not get dinner. Not much to choose from off the menu anyways.
