We had breakfast at Sanibel Cafe before hitting the beaches. I had country breakfast and it was delicious. Gravy in particular was amazing. Good prices and great atmosphere.

The traditional breakfast items we ordered - eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, link sausage, pancakes - were all excellent! The coffee was much better than one typically gets - good flavor with some body behind it.
