DO NOT GO HERE. Rude waiters. Did not bring water. And ended up spending 2 hours here waiting for the food that wasn't even good.

Paella is delicious, different from the paella's I've had elsewhere but the flavors were amazing! We enjoyed people watching and sipping wine while waiting. Our server was cour, promot and attentive even though they were at 100% occupancy. As a local it's often difficult to enjoy dinner out but 45 always delivers both delicious food & good service!

We went for sushi and stayed for Paella!! We did not realize Wednesday was a special night at this restaurant when a lovely lady makes authentic Paella. We started with the crunchy munchy roll, which was (as our server described it) a delicious mess. The Paella is ready and served at 6:30 sharp. You can get it with a big lobster tail on top, but we opted out since we wanted sushi beforehand. The paella was flavorful and a bit spicy - we loved it! So glad we stopped in for dinner. Our server, Amanda, was amazing also.

Paella was amazing! Key Lime Pie was memorable. Server Martin was very welcoming.

Great tasting sushi, kombucha cbd drink was refreshing. Only thing is they definitely skimp quite a bit on the fish in the sushi. Had the salmon asparagus roll, and you can tell from the picture not much salmon.

We came here last minute on a packed Friday night to seaside! We had the lobster paella. Of course having the lobster raised the price to $40 but considering I'm not a huge paella fan, I wouldn't order it again. We ordered the duck and the pork dumplings and the pork was my favorite. The crusty sushi roll was good, the cheese dip was good and the Caesar salad. Everything was good. The staff was overwhelmed but super friendly and accommodating.

Outdoor dining, and excellent staff with great service. Wine was great. We had a very loud table of ladies next to us, and the staff dealt with them when it became obvious other patrons were being annoyed. Sushi was okay. I'm not a connoisseur, but I am the person who doesn't need or want to disguise their sushi with soy sauce and wasabi(horseradish). So I'm a bit picky, and this just didn't rate very high for me. We had the blue crab roll, rainbow roll, and the shrimp (tempura, I believe). Shrimp was the better of the three, blue crab was the least fav. Definitely a 3/5, and the list of sushi rolls to choose from was short. Again, staff and service was excellent.

This is a must visit in Seaside! It is owned by Great Southern Cafe, which is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The sushi is extremely fresh and delicious. The drink variety is broad. The management (Stephen) is polite and cares for his customers well. Our waitress (Megan) was one of the best waitresses I have ever had and made us feel like we had been friends for years. Also, shoutout to Amanda for having extensive knowledge about the menu and guiding us toward excellent order choices.Overall, this is a great stop for a late lunch and I would suggest you add it to your Seaside itinerary!

Really nothing special. This was our first meal in Watercolor and one that I would not do again. Sushi was average, lacking anything special in the way of flavor or presentation.

Very unique kind of dining here! We were told by the concierge at The Watercolor Inn to arrive by 5:30 to get a table or we might be waiting awhile. This is not your typical restaurant. It is all outdoor seating. Based on the reviews, the paella is a must try but they only make one batch and will only sell that batch for the night. The owner started making it in the huge outdoor pot at 5:30. I was fascinated watching her make it. The end product was really good. I've never had Paella like this...it has a cajun flavor and has a kick to it. You have a choice of seafood paella or lobster paella (which is the seafood with a lobster tail on top). We ordered the lobster. It was so good! One thing to note is that this batch makes enough to make about 50 servings (according to our waiter). We saw people ordering it to go, so if you can't get there early enough, maybe getting it as a takeout order might get you a plate of this deliciousness. While we waited for the paella to cook, we ordered wine and other food from the menu to hold us over. We tried all the dumplings, and the duck dumplings were my absolute favorite! The sushi was really good and I loved the seaweed salad. The Naan was really good too. I would definitely come back!

The Kelli roll was one of the best sushi rolls me and my boyfriend had ever had! The fig and prosciutto naan and pork dumplings were all amazing and we will definitely be back to try the paella next time it smelled amazing when we arrived around 7:15! The manager helped serve us and was a very friendly man who helped us try to find a table the minute we arrived and was attentive to us all night, great dining experience in seaside!

Good food but small portions

Went for paella. It was good but not stellar. No crusty bits of rice which is usually the best part of paella, but the seafood and chicken were cooked excellently. Can't complain about that.I drank a cheap red blend & my husband drank a craft beer. They ran out of the beer and my wine was warmer than what I would've preferred. That said, it's worth doing once just for fun on a paella night....if only just to people watch.
